Telefon je zelo lepo ohranjen
Telefon je zelo lepo ohranjen, praktično nima sledi uporabe. Baterija je imela 91% zmogljivost, kar je bilo nad mojimi pričakovanji. Zaenkrat izgleda super, sem zelo zadovoljna.

About the battery – we guarantee battery health of at least 80% for all devices, as stated on every Reborn device's website. You also have the option to purchase an installation of a completely new battery with most devices.
If you are of the opinion that your device does not perform like this phone model (with at least 80% battery health) should perform, please let us know at info@gizzmo.si so we can check the issue and, in case of underperforming, we can then of course make a warranty claim.

Do buy from them, BUT ...
Bought 3 iPhones to this date from them. All in described parameters, no problems. Fast, reliable and fair. The only thing i wouldn't do again as i didn't at my 3rd iPhone, is to get a battery replacement. It has no real effect and it's a complete waste of fair amount of money. But all else is perfect!

Scam
Scam - ordered a macbook pro - came dead on arrival, in a loose box, then they started asking me if the charger is ok when i complained about it (it was their charger and the device is still not working), and its been 2 weeks since they said the device will be collected so i can ask for a refund - the return pickup was supposed to be yesterday and you guessed it, there was no pickup. They keep postponing the request for a refund for a dead on arrival device. Every time you ask for help a diferent person name replies. It will most likely have to be a lawsuit to get the money back. Avoid at all cost !!

We apologize for the issues with the device. As with any Reborn device, you have 30 days to return the device if you are not satisfied with it and one year warranty.
The pickup was ordered for 7.1. (as you agreed), but sadly the courier company didn't fulfill the order and as we have communicated to you, we immediately contacted the company about the delay. According to our information, the pickup was successful on 9.1. We again, sincerely apologize for the two day delay. You communicated with two of our employees, both are completely qualified to answer any questions you may have.
Once we receive the device, we will inspect it and of course issue a refund.

Different devices have different batteries - some are more powerful, some less.

the phone i bought s21 ultra crashes on basic features like going to crop a shortcut switching camera settings and just watching youtube this happens multiple times a day and i kina wana return it since im still in the free return window

Odabrani mobitel Pixel 8 Pro iz 2023 g. je imao oznaku C za stanje što znači potencijalne tragove korištenja i eventualna mala oštećenja. Prihvatio sam rizik, platio karticom i primio ga nakon 7 dana. Mobitel je u vrlo dobru stanju. Maska je pokrila sve ogrebotine sa strane a ekran je savršen kao nov. Baterija je na min 80% kapaciteta. U 30 dana probnog roka nisam mu našao zamjerku i ostaje kod mene do daljnjeg.
