Valentina is a brilliant trainer

Valentina is a brilliant trainer. I went to her after having a c section, with no experience of strength training and she was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and personalised in her approach. She increased my confidence so much and met me where I was rather than pushing a framework or timeline on me. Our weekly sessions were always hugely valuable in improving my form, setting me up for workouts on my own, advising on nutrition and helping with recovery/injury. She has helped me understand more about protein intake, fuelling my body properly and moving beyond just going to the gym.

Fantastic experience working with…

Fantastic experience working with Valentina. When I first started with her, I had 0 clue or confidence when it came to weights or the gym. I’ve learnt so much, and finally in a position where I am hitting the gym 4/5 days per week and loving it! Completely changed my perspective on exercise & will never go back. Thanks Valentina!!

Highly recommend Valentina and Reboot…

I can’t recommend Valentina and Reboot Fitness highly enough. Valentina is professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable, which instantly put me at ease. She knows exactly how to push me in the right way encouraging me to challenge myself and be brave, without ever feeling overwhelmed.

She’s also helped massively with my confidence in the gym, taking the time to show me how to use equipment properly and safely, and supporting me with my form so I feel comfortable training on my own. Every session feels purposeful and motivating.

If you’re looking for a trainer who genuinely cares about your progress and builds your confidence as well as your strength, I would 100% recommend her.

I had an amazing time with Valentina
She is a very caring coach who would guide you meticulously towards your goals and achievements.
I struggle a lot with diet and eating healthy food and Valentina helped me in creating healthy eating habits and to be more forgiven with myself when I would go off track
Valentina is a fantastic trainer when it comes to explain forms and techniques of exercises and she ensures you master it before moving forward with your programme.
I would recommend Valentina as a trainer and nutrition support..

The range of knowledge

Coming off of the back of an injury, I began working with Valentina to help pinpoint my areas of pain and suffering with rehab methods and movements. Which then allowed to regain confidence in my body and its ability. I am now able to use my body to do things that I couldn’t before without her help.

5 ⭐ personal training!

I have really enjoyed getting back into more regular fitness, and doing some new things particularly in regards strength training. Valentina has made this a flexible and achievable programme, meaning no one has to miss out! Her individual approach, combined with extensive knowledge and experience make her a 5 star personal trainer - highly recommend!!

Bespoke home based personal training.

I took part in a 6 week remote fitness course run by Valentina as part of a group of a dozen or so individuals.
She is inspiring and very encouraging and understands what part of our journey towards fitness each person is at and paints an achievable step by step path to each person’s next level. She posts videos of all the exercises and they are excellent. Each member of the group has a tailored set of workouts which are readily tweaked to suit individual needs. I suffer from painful shoulders and Valentina observed me on a one to one Zoom call and as a result amended certain exercises to take this into account.
She is very proactive at maximising daily fluid intake by posting daily reminders in the early stages of the 6 week course and it works! Also nutritional advice concentrated on increasing protein giving simple logical explanations as to why this is essential when working out. Sensible pragmatic approach of how to incorporate protein shakes and supplements to form part of the increased protein intake necessary to build muscle but giving advice on protein rich food which is the preferred mode of protein intake. Useful simple quick recipes were shared.
Weekly group Zoom calls encouraged a team feel to the group and we all encouraged each other and celebrated achievements. Technique of certain exercises such as lunges or planks were demonstrated and we did some too during the meetings.
Valentina also shared days when she strayed from the expected diet and encouraged us to aim for 5 good days a week which was a relief!
Having said all that what was the outcome after only 6 weeks? Well I lost some weight 2-3 kg but main thing is I changed shape and look more toned and can see glimmer of abs appearing! My core is now present and ready for the next stage of my fitness journey! And what’s more it has been fun if challenging at times! And did not set a foot in any gym which made this very time efficient for me. And it is helping my main sport of running which is why I wanted to do some strength training!
I recommend this company very highly and Valentina in particular as a very friendly effective holistic knowledgeable and approachable responsive motivating personal trainer.

Game changer for Perimenopause

Working with Valentina has been a fantastic experience for me. It’s the first time I’ve lifted weights and Valentina made sure I had all the support to move correctly. She’s very strict with quality of movement because of her pilates background which was really important to me and the one on one zoom sessions made sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Valentina’s knowledge of nutrition has helped me improve my energy level tremendously. I had no idea until I started the training that I wasn’t eating enough protein; since I started the training my levels of energy have increased significantly. I would absolutely recommend Valentina as a coach, if you are looking to make changes to your life, she can help.

Highly recommend

I’d highly recommend Valentina’s programmes. Not only am I feeling much better in my body (and clothes), I have much more energy and a clearer head! Valentina’s programme has introduced some valuable habits that I will continue beyond the programme. I have really enjoyed Valentina’s focus on form. Some seemingly small tweaks to my form has hugely improved my workouts.

This program has changed my life!

This program has changed my life! My energy levels have been restored and I finally feel I want to do things I have been putting off for such a long time. The support has helped me both mentally and physically. Who knew little changes could make such huge differences!

Five star 🌟

I recently completed a 6-week program with Valentina, and I can truly say it has transformed my entire outlook on food and fitness. For years, I struggled with a bad relationship with food, constantly battling through yoyo dieting. Thanks to Valentina's guidance, I have finally broken those negative habits.

Valentina has taught me how to fuel my body correctly, leading me to eat and drink healthier, cutting down on cravings. The exercise programs are fantastic—her videos explain everything clearly and are easy to understand, making it simple to follow along. She is excellent at correcting form and is always eager to help. I feel more confident in my workouts than ever before, and her motivating energy keeps me pushing forward.

The community aspect is another highlight. The WhatsApp group is engaging and makes you feel like you're not alone on this journey. I particularly love the challenges Valentina sets; they truly push me out of my comfort zone and inspire growth.

The weekly group calls on specific topics have been incredibly informative. I've learned so much that I know it will change my life for the better. I now have so much more energy, and I’m feeling stronger, leaner, and more empowered than I ever have before. I am extremely thankful for Valentina's support and the positive changes she has helped me achieve.

A trainer with a different approach 🤩


I've been training with Valentina for almost three months, and the impact has been incredible. Her expertise and personalized approach make every session engaging and effective. She challenges me while ensuring I maintain proper form, and her positive energy keeps me motivated. I already feel stronger and more confident in my workouts and she got me eating meat and more protein which has made a massive difference in my diet especially with snacking.

Valentina is brilliant

Valentina is brilliant! Very knowledgeable, patient and fit. She guided my way through the gym and built my confidence. She also knows how to do massages to help strains and injuries. Thanks to Valentina I can now go to the gym with confidence and work on my strength without any problems

Fantastic focus on form!

Valentina accompanied my post-partum recovery following a C-section. Together we changed what I ate and introduced a gentle but gradual exercise programme. Most importantly Valentina placed a huge focus on form. Think your form is good? Think again, Valentina will find a way of perfecting it even more! Although my 6 months with Valentina are coming to an end due to work circumstances, I have no doubt that I will take what I've learnt from Valentina for years to come. THANK YOU.

Knoledge and power, a 5 star coach

I had a small surgery some months ago therefore I was limited with movements and I’ve asked for help to Valentina. My experience with Valentina was amazing, she is powerfull and full of knoledge when it comes to training. She is very understanding and had the ability to schedule the trainings that suit me well. I would reccomand Valentina as coach, for sure a person that does motivates you. Thanks to the exercises given I’m able to train myself for a while.

I’ve been working with Valentina for…

I’ve been working with Valentina for about 6 months now and couldn’t recommend her enough!! She has completely changed my outlook on training and has made me really enjoy it. When I started I had little experience weight lifting and mainly focused on cardio. I suffered a hip injury due to running and Valentina has really helped me a lot with my recovery. I feel so much more confident in the gym since I’ve started training with her. She goes above and beyond for her clients not just during training but you can come to her with any questions at any time. If you’re looking to start personal training you will not regret it with Valentina.
