So far good experience with customer service.. it does take 30 business days to get paid after the 2 week inspection of your bag so it is a very long process to payout

I initiated a trade when I purchased the bag with the intent to reduce the amount charged to my credit card but instead you applied the full cost and the 'trade' credit would only be applied to another purchase instead of this one.
Also, I received a message the order was cancelled but none of your staff have replied to my inquiry asking what is going on.

I didn’t like how once they quote you a price once you send the item in for a trade they drop the price and tell you the condition of the item is worse !So I did a trade for my item and the want me to pay more money.Then they signed me up for a 50.00 membership that I didn’t request!Waiting on a refund.

Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience. They quote one price online, then lowball you after you’ve already sent in your items. When I declined their revised offer and requested my bags back — a Gucci, a Saint Laurent, and a Stella McCartney — the communication was virtually nonexistent.
Despite multiple emails requesting tracking information for my return shipment, I never received a response. As a result, my package was lost in transit with FedEx, and I have yet to recover my Gucci and YSL bags.
Handling high-value luxury items with this level of negligence and poor communication is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

I thought this was quick boy was I wrong. I uploaded the bag and description and printed the labeled and even with Fed Ex it took a week and now I am being told it may take up to 30 days.
