Ordering and delivery had no issues. Product completely shattered during cutting process despite following instructions and is unusable, no replacement being offered as 'cutting is a user issue'.

This is the second time that I have purchased from them. The communication was excellent, the product is the same and the delivery driver was really friendly and efficient.

I have to say the staff are brilliant with the way they handle customers. Kieran and Ryan from the Glasgow and Rosyth branch are an absolute credit to this company and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much lads for everything you were a pleasure to deal with.

Exactly the product we needed, they delivered it promptly and arranged collection at a reasonable price for the unwanted piece. Note: the delivery driver needs help carrying the worktops inside.

Before I could make my purchase I had to call as the worktops I was after were out of stock!
However the person on the phone told me when they were coming back in stock, I was able to order them the following week and they were delivered on time by a lovely delivery person. And any queries I had were answered promptly. Can’t recommend this company enough and my builder fitting the worktops said that they are really good quality he was surprised by the price!
