I have never heard of this company, nor have I have willing to sign an agreement or verbally communicated that I wanted this company's service. Yet, I get an email from them stating free title monitoring trial ending with my home address and the last 4 digits of my debit card number. I called them and told them I do not know how you got my information but you better cancel whatever you have scheduled to run on my card and delete my information. The guy that answered sounded like he was on a cell phone and told me he is removing it right now. So many scam artists I do not know how they are able to get personal info as they do. Beware and be careful of this company Realty Hand (SCAM). I never signed up for the title of my investment property to be monitored

I reviewed your account, and it looks like you were never charged for our services and that your service was canceled before the trial ended. We understand your concern with how your account originated. We work with notaries, home warranty companies, lenders, realtors, eRecording, document processors, insurance companies, escrow companies and more. We provide a free trial to our services, and we know a lot of people can lose track of something like that, especially during the process of buying a home or making changes to a home title, etc. Which is why we make a point of contacting people many times before we bill them; to give them plenty of time to cancel if they no longer need the service. Title theft and title related crimes are on the rise and it is important to protect your home's title and our services help prevent these frauds and scams. It is important to us to help homeowners as much as possible and providing a trial of our services helps homeowners learn about this important issue, gives them time to see if the service is offered in their county, or shop arround with competitors because we are confident in our service. Our service is only $27.55 for the duration of ownership and our competitors charge hundreds of dollars a year. We want to make our service affordable to all homeowners which is why we charge so little and offer such a lengthy trial.
Even though we understand your dissatisfaction with our service. We are a new business trying to protect homeowners and every review of our service impacts that mission. We would really appreciate the chance to change your mind about our business. I also noticed in your review it states this is an investment property; we are also starting to roll out a new service that protects against rental, Airbnb and other scams that target peoples second homes. When that service launches, we can set you up with that that on the house! Our mission is to help protect homeowners against scams, not to scam homeowners. Please consider our offer, thank you for your time and again we apologize for the inconvenience.

I absolutely hate talking to robots on the phone, just glad they have a US support team to talk to. The gentlemen helped me get my account set up and answered all my questions for me

completely forgot I signed up for their trial, the team took care of me and even got my mother in law set up. They have a really fast and responsive support team. Just give them a call and I’m sure they can answer all your questions.
