While searching for a house in Port Saint Lucie using Realtor.com I found a new built property (3 Bdrms 2 bthrms) located on 10178 SW Captiva Dr, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34987 and displaying a private swimming pool for an attractive price of $273,585
I rushed myself to call the number on the website (888)928-4679 and obtain information about this beautiful house and according to the sales department, the pool showing on the pictures is not included, and if you want to add a pool to the house they charge you around $50,000 extra. What a shame...

I just want to say, I called realtor.com customer service for a simple question today (I called the number they specifically list to call for questions about a house you’re looking at)...the man was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was nothing but polite and got cut off several times before I could even say 2 words and he basically hung up on me for no reason at the end before I could even say anything. He was not helpful, rude and I was very bothered by the whole thing. I will not recommend this site to anyone anymore.

If you are a real estate agent, like I am, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY FOR ANY ADS! I got locked into a 1-year contract for City Ads that has a major flaw: your competitors show up in the feed that is supposed to be exclusive to you. They said I could cancel and I needed to speak with someone in their cancellation department. "They will call you back in a few days." LIE. It's been 2 months and I cannot get anyone on the phone to cancel my account yet they are still charging me. Other agents seem to have a similar experience.

I have had a really good experince, looking at houses through realtor.

They tie you to a contract without telling you. Be very cautious because even if you cancel your credit card they'll try to ruin your credit.

These people are absolutely useless. First of all, they post outdated pictures on most houses and their too vague on other things. For example, they post "Pet Friendly" on rentals, BUT, when it comes time to apply you find out quickly there are limitations on pets, such as, one pet only, under 50 lbs, over 1 yr old....and so on and so on..... Bottom line?, your best bet is to go directly to realtor websites, not realtor.com.... I repeat, their postings are horrible and undependable, don't waste your time.

There is no rhyme or reason for the estimated value of my home to be reduced by over $5K in the matter of two weeks. Oddly, this reduced estimated occurred shortly after putting my home on the market to be sold. No other homes in my subdivision has had a reduction in value as has mine when using realtor.com. My chosen real estate agent was unable to explain such a reduction. Therefore, I took my home off the market as the value is expected to increase in the coming months. I like realtor.com when searching for homes, primarily because it provides more information on the features of the home to be sold.

I had been using Realtor.com to track my home's value. For the life of the home the value calculated seemed to be consistent with the approximate market value. Then, sometime in January 2019 the value calculated by Realtor.com dropped by 2/3. The price per square foot is showing as approximately 1/3 that of the comparables. When I complained (twice) online to their customer service I got no response. When I finally called, they gave me a song and dance about using industry data for which they are not responsible. Unfortunately, the fact that every other valuation site engine is showing a reasonable valuation for my home shows that this is patently false. I suspect that if I am having this problem, their data or algorithm is likely showing really bad/inaccurate results for other homes. I would not recommend using Realtor.com either as a buyer or seller.

I like the format, but too few "saves" are allowed. Sold homes just disappear rather than get marked as "sold". I am using Zillow more and more.

We liked Mark Green from Ash Fork, AZ. He knew the area. I told him what land I was looking for and the area north of I40. He took us to the best property first. No driving the area looking at inferior land. I liked his no nonsense attitude and not wasting my time.
As a bonus this land was close to utilities and the neighbors are nice. We made a lower offer and Mark was able to present an offer I feel was fair for me the buyer and the seller. He also took us to this property not just once but twice when I had questions. He also was in touch through escrow answering questions or directing me to the right office in Yavapai County to help me. I will do buisness with Mark Green in the future when we purchase commercial property in the area. 5 stars!

I asked for architectural requirements on a lot and never received them. All I got was solicitation calls and emails.

Has some useful information on the actual site. Emails are mostly spam. Though the subject on their emails will say it contains new or updated listings based on your saved search they will send homes outside the physical area or neighborhood requested with no regard for the criteria specified. (Example: If you request only single story, single family houses, 1200 sq ft+, under $400K in a specific NW neighborhood their email will included multiple listings for properties like 2 story condos, townhouses under 1100 sq ft, houses listed for $510K, etc. in a neighborhood 15 miles away from where you asked for. Useless!)

As a buyer in a busy market where everyone is a real estate agent ,
I seek transparency in true numbers and realtor.com is my first and only choice.
Please don't merge with Zillow stay private.

I use realtor.com for several activities. Searches for multiplexes, property comparisons, and the loan estimator. Works great.

I would like to have the option to hide the properties that aren’t in my parameters. It’s like having a lot of background noise that makes it hard to concentrate on the ones that I’m interested in.

It would be nice if you realtor would call me back I’ve been trying for the last six days. An still no Contact from a realtor so I can ask a few questions.

Terrible with which to deal. Tried to find info on property and talk to realtor but have to go through screener first before being put in contact with a realtor.
Ask too many questions when all one wants to do is qet a few basic questions answered. Never got to talk to a realitor and screeners dont know anything about the property.
