First time I've used Real Foods company, a friend recommended the pomegranate juice for quality and value for money. Best quality I've tasted and cheaper than Amazon for 6 x 946mls even with delivery charge!!! Will be ordering again in due course. Ordering was easy and delivery came within 3 days, very acceptable.

First order delayed as items out of stock. 2nd order had one item out of stock so received an email "held for 7 days". 2 weeks later still no order or further correspondence.
I contacted them and was informed they were holding as " I hadn't paid as the paypal payment hadn't 'been successful 'when I ordered ". Could they not have informed me instead of waiting 3 weeks for me to contact them asking where my order was.
I have cancelled the order and won't be shopping with Real Foods again.

Had the products i like at a good price, they were short of stock but communicated well and gave me delivery options and now I've got everything i need. Will order again.

Real Food company is very reliable and high quality of products. Customer service is very friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend this company.

Well packed, on time delivery

Their recipes are great and it’s really easy to put the required ingredients in your basket, and only the quantity you require. Cutting down on waste in your cupboards.
Excellent range of products, that aren’t found in the major supermarkets.
Products arrive well packed, with good ‘use by’ dates.

They had what I wanted, fresh, organic turmeric. Sadly a lot of what turned up was very small pieces, a nightmare to peel and pretty much guaranteed to rot if planted sadly. Some bits were great, it's just 50% of the weight wasn't great.

RealFoods are always communicative and friendly. They keep me informed at all stages from my ordering to my delivery.

The items I ordered were dispatched within a couple of days and were delivered without any issues to my home. I place orders intermittently with Real Foods because they stock items that I would have difficulty finding elsewhere and I appreciate the level of service they offer.

Not received my order after it being placed a week ago on Monday. I have tried to ring you, filled in a form on your website and emailed you with no response. The last order my ginger was mouldy. You did refund me but this is now my 3rd order and you send me an email to review you yet I haven’t even received my order!!!!!! Bb

Everything is very well packed.

My PayPal payment did not go through for some reason and I was emailed and asked to contact customer services to complete the order. It was very difficult getting through to them by phone but I eventually emailed and they called me back a couple of days later. In order to pay through PayPal I had to cancel and then resubmit my order but once payment was taken the goods were sent out the same day.
Despite there being a problem, customer service were friendly, helpful and dealt with things quickly and efficiently.

Not as great fruit and vegetables what I was hoped to see. Some fruit old and not nice looking. Not going to order again from them. No apologie after receiving badly packaged parcel and with old and not nice looking fruit. I did get small refund but still not happy with the product at all.

A great choice of products, easy to buy and arrived promptly. So pleased I've found another independent source for my staple groceries.
