Readings sold my parents house for me. I had to do this mostly from Australia which I was dreading. Fortunately the staff at Readings were unbelievable and emailed me every time someone went to look at the property. They were in constant contact with me. I cannot recommend them enough 10/10

Unfortunately I found the service you give poor. The information given to our buyers was different to information given to us. I felt pressured to accept a lower price after the original price was agreed. I was not happy with communication levels and found it a very slow process. I would not recommend your Agency to anyone. When I handed in the keys to our property I found the staff offhand and unfriendly.

Readings are an amazing estate agents. I bought and sold my property through them and on both occasions they were immensely professionally and incredibly helpful. I couldn’t recommend a better service. Charlie handled my account and without his relentless commitment, the sale would not have been possible.

Went on the market with Readings after a bad experience with another agent. Charlie and Lee were very helpful in finding potential buyers and when they faced challenges, they performed very well to resolve issues and find quick alternatives. Charlie was very resilient with the solicitors and kept on top of them to make sure the sale was on the right track. They are experts in their area and would definitely recommend them and their services.

I had a particularly difficult property to sell with a number of legal issues resulting in a long and protracted selling process. Readings estate agents in Hornchurch and in particular Charlie worked his socks off to complete the sale. They found a buyer within a week we then spent over a year crawling through the legal system with Readings battling on our behalf until we finally exchanged contracts with a very patient buyer. I cannot emphasis enough just how important Charlie’s efforts were in completing the sale. I have absolutely no doubt without Readings involvement this sale would never have been achieved. I can’t thank them enough.

I can't give a minus 1 ! Jokers, property below is managed by readings, called them regarding the tenants several times, been told they'll have a word, gets worse each time. I have had to get council involved, and seeking a civil order.....thanks readings "family run" business

The rent is 1k a month old gas fires no central heating. Collapsed ceiling.no landlord in court for the 3rd time. Oct 23 court date. 6K IN RENT ARREARS.WHERE IS HE
