Reach Cleaning Services. My tenants used the cleaning side of Reach to carry out an end of tenancy clean. Being the Landlord I was appalled at the poor level of cleaning that was carried out. Cobwebs, hairs, dust, grease on shelves, food particles left in draws. When I complained to the number on the receipt that was provided by my agents, I was told it was nothing to do with me, and the house was left in a poor condition. If you carry out an end of tenancy clean it needs to be of a high standard, which this wasn’t, hence the 1 star review.

I recently used REACH for Boiler service, Gas Certificate,EICR and EICR repair work. I am very pleased with their service. Rajesh, who I spoke to was very friendly,quick and professional in arranging the service and always answered all my queries.
Karim at REACH was also prompt and responsive and the cost to fix the issues was reasonable.
Overall I am very happy with the quality of work and would very much recommend them.

My regular gardener couldn’t come, so I contacted REACH to handle my garden service, especially trimming the overgrown hedges at the front of the property, as we had friends coming over for Diwali. They managed to schedule a gardener as per my request at a short notice, and the gardener did a great job at a reasonable price. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
