We ordered the following; couch, love seat, recliner, and four end tables; when it was delivered everything was correct except our couch; they stated to keep the wrong one until the correct one gets delivered in a few weeks; well the correct couch was scheduled for delivery and they delivered the wrong one again and they didn't have any notes to pick up the other wrong one. I called and spoke to the service manager and he was unprofessional and I asked for the manager name; the correct couch was then delivered 3 days later and the wrong one was picked up; prior to this I ordered close to 8000 in appliances from RC Willey and have had nothing but issues with appliances, customer service, warranty, and repair

The salesmen we had were fantastic! Very knowledgeable! Steve Kiser was so helpful because my husband needed his scooter and Steve would come out to take it out of the Envoy. So 👍 We bought furniture and a Sony Bravia TV. The delivery people were great, also.
The guys that installed our TV, it was well worth the installation.

Karl is the best ! He is very talented at suggesting the right furniture for your needs , what colours go together , accessories etc. We have been using Karl since 2008 ! And he is a pleasure to deal with .

Be aware ordering online has hugh speed bumps
if order is from 3rd party no installation even after phone calls confirming installation
Eventually after management challenging conversation RC willey made it right
3rd purchase Delivery guy wanted to scam me out of $100 for take away services I paid 25$ to get them out of my home
I have a 4th purchase we will see if its uneventful
Just be a wise consumer online at the store wonderful wonderful from beginning to deliver

While the ordering process was easy and simple. Then came an errant email, but after calling we got it all straight. Then picking it up from your warehouse was a breeze! Thank you once again!

Over the past 3 months I have been to the store several times and made numerous purchases....each time Zackary Kondrak has assisted me and he has been great! Zack makes sure he understands what we need and then directs us to options which best fit our home. He insures we have delivery set up and contacts the install department to schedule it around the delivery time. Zackary is a valuable asset to this store!
