RC Willey - Roseville Distribution Center Bewertungen 

My first review was negative because I didn’t know what Free Garage Delivery meant I didn’t know it meant no assembly from drivers. I guess that was my fault this was my first time ordering from RC Williey they could have asked me if I needed help with assembly as an above and beyond I would have had it assembled sorry I share in the misunderstanding!!

The associate helping with the pick-up of my item was very courteous and friendly.

Had what I wanted in stock will pick it up next week real easy to do online

RC Willey was the only retailer that had the upright freezer in stock and they had it for a lower price. I ordered it online and picking it up at the warehouse was quick and painless.

Purchased a new Whirlpool Washer online at 8:00 AM, picked it up at 9:57 and put it to work 11:00 AM.

Easy and problem free, which is rare these days.

RC Willey had the last microwave in stock that I was wanting! I ordered it in the morning and my daughter picked it up in the afternoon. All went smoothly! Thank you!

Had what I wanted, in stock! Ordered online and pick up information was communicated very well. Pick up was easy. The guy that brought out our order was extremely nice and hard worker!

The item I was wanting to purchase was in stock and available for pick up the next day the website was easy to use without ever walking into the store.

Originally bought the bed from another furniture provider. Was told AFTER it never shipped that it got extended another 2 months. Checked RC Willey and was able to pick up same day.

Fast, efficient and professional.

We like the product but found picking up difficult. There did not appear anywhere to designate someone other than purchaser from picking up. Then when they said we had to call your call center was closed and took many hoops to get someone added to pick up.

Had great service. Ordered microwave on line to pickup at warehouse. Called warehouse and they said give them a half hour and then call again when we arrived. We did exactly what they said and had microwave loaded within 5 minutes. Worked out great!

My upright freezer was dying and a lot of food was at risk. I needed a new one TODAY. Searching websites showed many models out of stock or only available in 3-7 days. Prices for the size I wanted were competitive across sites. At RCW I found a good enough model and picked it up from Roseville distribution center. Installed and working within 20 hours of when I knew I had a problem. Success.

But— "in stock" label on RCW website refers to the whole RCW system, not a particular location. I called Roseville customer service 15 minutes after you opened and talked with Cheri, who was quite helpful. My first choice (white case) was "in stock" in Salt Lake City. When I asked for stainless steel case, she was able to say it was in stock in Roseville. Only then was I confident in making the order online. The website instructions for "will call" pickup say I should call customer service again before driving to a store. Cheri said that wasn't needed, just call when I get to the dock. Large signs there provide clear instructions, and the wait before the product came out was 15-20 minutes. OK. The online purchase checkout didn't display well in my Firefox browser, as the price summary table collapsed into the right side of the window. The purchase process didn't let me select Roseville for "my store" so I chose Rocklin, but the email confirmation said I should pick up in south Sacramento 5 days later. Ignoring those instructions, I went to Roseville with my order number and got my product.

Summary: full success meeting my needs, but a few too many speed bumps along the way.

We received our three chosen, crazy expensive but perfect, counter stools in a timely manner, politely, and very appropriately.
The next day, investigating why two of the stools were wobbly, we discovered that two of each stool's legs had very damaged plastic plugs that were not acceptable. We then checked the stable stool's legs and found that there were NO PADS AT ALL protecting the new tile floor. The legs end in with very sharp cut metal. We put cardboard under each chair and called for replacement stools. We haven't received the new ones yet.
How disappointing! Wish us luck with the second set.

Our dishwasher stopped working and we wanted a new one ASAP. We had never shopped at RC Willey before but we noticed they have a warehouse (about 30 miles from our home) with same day pick for in stock appliances. We purchased the dishwasher, and picked it up.

Update: Dishwasher was picked up and required an appliance repairman to determine why the dishwasher was not working. Most of the important parts, including sensors, had been removed. RC Willey should do a better job inspecting returned merchandise. The return process was easy but this dishwasher should never have been sold to anyone.

Quick service and great products.

Great price and fast shipping to the warehouse. Only issue is that I waited over an hour after I texted and called the number located on the warehouse door. Probably due to staffing issues but other than that good experience.
