I think the help was Great, they weren’t overwhelming us. They let us choose our appliances at our pace.

The sales force is the greatest. I only problem was with the delivery had to call four times to different people to get the problem corrected. Finally the sales man that helped us with the order got involved. We were set for the delivery at 7:30 am and took till 3:00 to finally get it delivered.

I needed to call customer service to clarify my delivery options. The representative that I spoke with (Tom) processed a complete re-do of the transaction (which was necessary) and was very kind and knowledgeable and overall stellar in his work.

The purchase that I made was easy and the credit details were very helpful. The pick up process was also explained well in the paperwork and the pick up itself was easy.

If I could give less than one star, I would. The customer service here has been absolutely awful. I’ve been waiting for my delivery for three weeks, and the date keeps getting pushed back. Each time, I’ve had to chase them down myself for answers after being promised a callback that never comes.
I purchased this furniture weeks ago and was genuinely excited about it, which makes this whole experience even more disappointing. The lack of communication and follow through is unacceptable. I understand delays can happen, but being ignored and constantly having to hound customer service for basic updates is frustrating and unprofessional.
I would not recommend purchasing from here unless you’re prepared for poor communication and ongoing delays.

Easy order on line and quick pickup.

Easy online purchase, easy pickup at will-call, smooth working experience. Bought a new microwave in the late morning and had it installed and working by 4:30pm the same day.

We are always happy and grateful to work with Janese. She takes good care of us and makes sure all our concerns are addressed and we are satisfied. We have worked with her for 7 years. She keeps us coming back for everything we need for our home.

The customer service representative I called was so nice.

The in‑store environment is uncomfortable and unprofessional; salespeople literally whisper to you to attach their name to a sale so they can claim part of the commission. It feels less like shopping and more like being hunted.

Because of that, we ordered two sets of high‑end laundry machines online. The online system recommended the wrong dryer for one set, and the product page failed to disclose that the second set required a stacking kit, even though the images showed the units stacked. This was a $4,000+ order, and the basic product information was wrong.

On delivery day, the team informed us that the incorrect dryer would be returned and refunded. Weeks later, after three separate calls, we still have not received the refund of more than $800 for an item that never entered our home.

To make matters worse, RC Willey voided our confirmed delivery appointment without explanation. We received confirmation texts, clicked the link, and verified the date, yet the order was canceled internally. A new date was assigned without contacting us, and it only appeared on a voided order screen.

Again, at this point, RC Willey appears to be, at best, incompetent, uncaring, disinterested, and fundamentally unwilling to meet even the most basic obligations to its customers, all while continuing to withhold refunds for products and services not rendered.

RC Willey has lost our business permanently, and I will be sharing this experience with friends, family, coworkers, and church members so they can avoid the same treatment.

I made a deal to buy a dishwasher over the phone . Mr Dietrich, my salesman got agitated und hung up on me. At first I told him on the phone he got the deal to 99.9% but I have to wait till the technician evaluate my old dishwasher. He told me I can contact him any time. But this was not the case. I called and day earlier to surprise him. NO ANSWER. I CALLED AN OTHER SALESMAN , WHO OFFERED ME THE SAME, BUT A 100 DOLLARS MORE. I DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE A DEAL WITH HIM.I CALLED THE NEXT DAY MR DIETRICH was so agitated that I contacted someone else. That's when he hung up . I don't apriciate his ride behavior.
