From sales, quality of product, price, sales, promotional discounts and rebates to most importantly the install team, I can't say enough about the professional customer service and product quality. We have purchased many items from RC Willey and have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work!!

New vacuum doesn't charge new dryer doesn't dry new refrigerator leaks water all over the floor. Paid a huge amount for extended warranty but still have to call manufacturer wait on hold and wait weeks and another for service on 7 month old appliances. Once you buy the store wants nothing to do with you.

Alex in sales guided me to take advantage of sales on products and labor. The installers were magical. Not a wasted movement. Installation done very quickly. They made the seam invisible.

I gave RC Willey a poor rating with my last delivery as my online order never had a salesperson assigned and when my product arrived from Nevada, it just sat in their warehouse until I called asking about it. This time, everything went very smoothly. The guys were on time, friendly and I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Definitely recommend.

I had been waiting for a week to hear back from your store regarding something I brought to your attention over a damaged appliance. According to Marvin Castro who was my LG service technician for a warranty item on 10/1 informed us that the LG appliance was damaged upon the delivery process. I would have never known about this damage had he not pointed that out. I called and spoke to Bree at RC on 10/8/25 and informed me she would be looking into it. I had not heard back in over a MONTH, so I called and spoke to Bree again on 11/10/25. This issue has now since been resolved. The lack of customer service is concerning and therefor I will not be making any future purchases nor will I recommend.

Our salesman Todd was so helpful without any sales pressure. He was quick to respond and the sales were great.

Brady Cabana made the experience positive. He was very helpful and even though it was almost closing time he was willing to help finish the transaction. Over the years we have been impressed with many of your employees and Brady adds to the list.

Price was right. Salesperson very helpful. Installers were fast and efficient. Excellent work.

WHAT WAS HIS OBLIGATION TO SEE THROUGH THE WORK OR JUST SELLING CARPETS? MALICIOUS SERVICE. I AM A CLIENT FRON DISTANCE- CALIF. IT TOOK ONE MONTH TO GET CARPET. I BOUGHT CARPETS FOR REPLACING WHOLE HOUSE , DAMAGED BY THE PREVIOUS RESIDENT, REFERRED BY A REALTOR CONNCECTION. CAN WE TRUST ANYBODY OR ANY BUSINESS ANY LONGER? GREAT DISSAOPOINTMENT.
