if I could give zero stars I would. I ordered several opals and the main opal that I ordered was not in stock and they offered to get me a different one. I went ahead and canceled my entire order because this is the first time I’ve ordered from them and I had an issue it’s been two months and they have not refunded my money

I’ve had a smooth transaction with my order, from queries till delivery. I’ve got my customized ring the way I wanted it to be, soooo beautiful. And they followed my requests and instructions perfectly. Afeefa assisted me very good with fast response. Will definitely buy from them again.

Very pleasant experience . I live in Europe and I ordered a product , the delivery time was very short (3 working days) , Afeefa was very polite, punctual and nicely answering to all my questions via WhatsApp . The product arrived beautifully wrapped in a box that looked much more better than in the picture ! High quality or the product and very good and exquisite presentation on the product .
