I absolutely love the designs and always been a fan of promoting local brands. Ive bought a handful of Tees so far and all of them fit perfectly! The delivery services were super efficient !

The customer service was on point especially considering i had a dispute with one of my shirts which was sorted out in less than 24 hours according to my liking 🫶🏽

I’m an overseas Pakistani buyer who had a horrible experience from start to finish where I had to threaten for legal action. This RASTAH brand has some serious marketing and social media exposure that helps them con overseas customers to purchase or invest in their product but once their money is taken then that’s when things go downhill. Lack of communication, nor order confirmation and availability of product. They keep delaying and delaying until they inform you about sending you a different item or refund. I was stuck with them for 2 months trying to figure out my order by contacting customer service 15-20 times per week with calls which they do not answer due to “system issues”. I call BS on all the lies and unethical practices. I have been fed up and my experience has been ruined where I wouldn’t want to buy nor wear any of their clothing especially after being overpriced and over hyped with such below par customer service and experience.

Why bother selling to overseas customers and conning them when you cannot handle the international logistics and keep stalling. For me lt had got to a point where I had to threaten legal action for my refund.

Don’t be fooled by the marketing and social media advertising because once you’re conned into investing or buying their product that’s when things will go downhill where you will have to keep chasing after them or report your purchase to the bank.

Non existent customer service that doesn’t respond until you reach them 15-20 times constantly. The took over a month to ship my shirts and sent me a complimentary shirt of a color of their choice up until recently I found out that my actual shirt that was supposed to
come in a different shipment was lost by the courier which was also a lie and excuse. It took them 2 months to get back to me about my shirt. As much as I wanted to support this Pakistani streetwear brand but because my pathetic and horrible experience I don’t support it anymore. The have asked to refund me my money rather than sending me another item and god knows how long I have to wait for it.

This brand has top notch marketing and social media exposure which attracts customers to buy and invest in their product but once they have your money then their non existent service starts with no notification or shipping or communicating and the lies about 3-5 days shipping.

This brand has unethical practices that needs to be taken action against and reported. What makes it worse are the ridiculously high prices with the bottom tier, pathetic and unethical customer service practice.

I was first introduced to Rastah by my cousins when I was 18. At that time, I didn’t really have the money to spend on clothing like that but I wanted it badly enough that I started saving little by little. When I finally bought my first piece that was it I never looked back. I still laugh when I think about how happy I was after using a first time discount code through a different email feeling like I’d somehow cracked the system. It was a small thing but it meant a lot to me back then.

Yesterday reminded me why my connection with Rastah feels so personal. There were no riders available and I really wanted my order the same day. Instead of turning me down, Daniyal made an exception and let me pick it up myself. On a whim, I asked if I could see the warehouse and instead of a straight no, he talked it through and suddenly I was standing inside Rastah’s production house. It honestly felt unreal. When I asked about a bandana that wasn’t even available, Ahmer made another exception and had one made for me. He also gave me a proper tour and everyone I met was incredibly kind and welcoming. I got to meet Rimsha, one of the designers and we exchanged ideas, which was a whole experience on its own. I also met Moiz, and after talking to him, it completely made sense why the brand is called Rastah, He made me try different pieces and guided me about the story behind those pieces every person there is truly on top of their game. I’ve worn Rastah in three different countries, to countless summits and scientific conferences, and it always gives me confidence and the best compliments. More than anything I feel proud and honoured to represent my country through it. None of this would’ve happened without Rastah and the people behind it especially Daniyal, Moiz, and Ahmer, Rimsha and Habib bhai who made this experience unforgettable.

Their customer service is completely unresponsive. I purchased a $320 hoodie from them 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive a single article of clothing from them. When I first bought the hoodie, it took them two weeks for them to finally reach out to me and tell me that they will not be sending it due to an issue with the colors running during washing. Ok fine, I appreciated their honesty.

They asked me to pick something else instead. I picked two shirts of an equivalent price and the person confirmed to me that they would be sending it. Two weeks later I had not received my items or even a tracking number, so I reached out once more and they informed me that those items were out of stock. I am not sure why they stated that they were sending the items two weeks ago when they weren't even in stock in the first place, but I kept my cool.

They again asked me to pick something else but I asked for a refund instead because everything I would have wanted to buy is now out of stock. They replied that a refund will take 15-20 days and offer me store credit instead. Finally, I decide to just cut my losses and accept the store credit in the hopes that something I like will be restocked. Unfortunately, they STILL have not given me my store credit despite me messaging them four times and now appear to be ghosting me. I reached out to them via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram and I am 100% sure that all of these accounts are all run by the same person, so there is no way to actually get in contact with someone else who can help you. I have essentially been robbed of $320 and will need to dispute the charge with my bank.

I am an overseas Pakistani and I was excited to see a homegrown Pakistani brand gain mainstream attention. I was eager to support them with my business, but unfortunately this experience has shown me that doing business there is still as unprofessional and unreliable as ever.

The website and purchase receipt stated free shipping within 3–7 business days. I received an order confirmation but no shipping notice.

After more than a week, I contacted the customer support email multiple times and called and texted the phone number provided, without response.

I have not received the items. After fifteen days with no shipment or communication, I disputed the charge with my bank.

Based on non-delivery and lack of communication, I would not purchase again.

Immaculate presentation, encompassing the panache of any high-end designer label - but celebrating their Pakistani culture and roots. I love Rastah!

The design, creativity and material of the pieces is simply fantastic. Such a cool brand to wear. The customer service is nice, and the orders were shipped quickly. A perfect experience with Rastah for me.

I am 6ft 3” so it is a little short and I would request Rastah to accommodate tall people in their list 😜

I’ve been buying from Rastah for years, their pieces stand out because of the sheer quality and creativity that goes into them. No one is doing fashion like Rastah is.

There were a few issues and I needed my delivery within 2 days and it was almost impossible for them to deliver but they were so great and accommodating delivery was smooth. Packaging was really premium aswell and so were the clothes I ordered. Def worth it

Unbelievably fast service! Very impressed. I placed my first order with Rastah on 7/11/25 and it arrived on 11/11/25. The quality of the clothing is very good, hence reflects the price. I’m very happy with my purchase, thank you! Will definitely be shopping from Rastah again.

Been a Rastah loyal since their early days and so proud to see their journey. Killing it in every sense of the word. From thinking outside the box to crafting every detail, the thing which stands out for me is their execptional customer service. Would literaly go out of their way to mae it happen. To all the people who havent got their hands on a Rastah piece, just get one and you will be hooked forever.
