HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE SERVICE! They cannot even answer a simple email.

absolute scammers. did not show up. had to walk an hour in the dark with all the laguages to the port. avoid this company at all cost!!!

Société à éviter absolument !!! Ils nous ont abandonné en plein séjour et n'ont plus jamais répondu à nos appels et mails malgré une réservation et les paiements en ligne en amont. Honteux !!!!!!!

Attention à l’ARNAQUE!
Sur deux trajets réservés et payés, un seul a été effectué. Pour notre trajet Chefchaouen-Meknès, le chauffeur ne s’est pas présenté ! Préparez vous à l’ignorance absolue de la part de cette société malhonnête. Malgré toutes nos relances faites par téléphone et par mail, aucun remboursement n’a été perçu!
Ceci dit, une PLAINTE pour des faits d’ESCROQUERIE a été déposée au COMMISSARIAT de Fès. Nous étions pris très au sérieux, compte tenu du statut de mon conjoint, lui-même étant officier. Le commissaire nous a accompagnés en personne dans notre démarche. Le nécessaire est en cours également auprès de l’Office National Marocain du Tourisme.
Après recherche, il s’avère que nous ne sommes pas les seuls dans ce cas de figure. Plusieurs d’autres personnes ont été victimes de la même arnaque. Alors, un seul conseil : prenez un autre transporteur !
Pour votre parfaite information, je multiplie des publications sur tous les supports/plateformes accessibles afin de limiter d'éventuelles arnaques.

In our recent experience Rasheed Taxi was unreliable and dishonest. We booked and prepaid four trips between Tangier Airport, Asilah, Tetouan, Tangier and back to the airport in December 2024. The first two trips were fine, but no driver turned up for the third trip (and our phone calls were unanswered while we waited for over an hour), so we cancelled the fourth, and used local, cheaper taxis for both journeys. Rasheed Taxi then insisted that they had taken us on all four trips, despite the fact that they quoted the wrong destinations and timings. Despite five emails requesting a refund for the unfulfilled journeys, we’ve had no satisfaction and suspect our phones and email address have been blocked. Our advice is not to book with Rasheed Taxi, but if you do, don’t rely on them turning up and certainly don’t pay in advance.

NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I paid for the transfer service from the hotel to the airport and they didn't show up. Didn't answer the phone or respond to messages. I nearly missed my flight. Company without credibility!!!!

Fraud.
Did not show for paid bookings.
Try to call them but no answer.

Left Stranded for return to the airport. Messages ignored or blocked. Paid in advance. Requested refund did not materialise. Avoid!

À mon arrivée à la gare de train la personne m’attendait.
Elle était à l’écoute.
