Smooth order process, fast delivery and even though I selected the wrong delivery date on my order, meaning I wasn't in when they arrived, they were patient with me and allowed time to wait for my husband to pop home from work to be in to take the delivery. They assembled the bed speedily and well. The bed quality seems great and I'm very pleased. Thank you! Would use again.

I recently purchased beds and mattresses from Raphael and couldn't be happier with the experience. The products are high quality and extremely comfortable, offering great value for money. We were in need of a new mattress and were looking for the same type as this had been comfortable for the duration that we had it. We found one on the Rapyal site at a great price and promptly ordered it. It was delivered within a couple of days and with good communication.

Unfortunately the mattress had a fault. This was nothing to do with Rapyal and was a supplier issue. I notified the Rapyal customer service team and they arranged for a replacement without delay. There was some delay in getting through to the team initially but I was told they were having problems with the lines at the time, however I spoke with Adam on the team who was very helpful and provided his direct number and he dealt with the process with great manners and efficiency.

Comfortable bed and mattress, at a competitive price and quick delivery. All of the team were helpful and courteous, customer care seems to be a priority. Would recommend the company and products.

Terrible customer service ad after service.

A+++++. Absolutely brilliant. Very fast delivery (2 days) and just perfect in every way. I can't praise this company enough. I'm extremely happy with the brilliant quality, brand new condition, excellent value and perfect appearance of the double-bed divan with headboard and mattress that I bought, all packaged in strong plastic with the 4 corners of the headboard packaged with protective cardboard and then wrapped in strong plastic. Everything was packaged beautifully and due to be delivered on a day when I had an appointment to be at a bit later on the same day. I rang the company the day before delivery and spoke to a very friendly lady that informed me of the exact time my bed was going to be delivered to ensure that it wouldn't clash with my appointment. On the evening before delivery, I was sent a text with the delivery driver's phone number saying my bed would be delivered and it said 'around' the time the lady had told me earlier on the call when I rang and a link to track delivery. On the morning of delivery, 30 minutes before the bed was due to be delivered, I received a call from the same number that had texted me the evening before saying he would be with me and just a few minutes before delivery, there was a knock at my door. I went out to help carry everything in but the driver said they were heavy and that there was no need for me to help. The driver was very friendly and polite and picked up each piece separately and carried them to my front door and brought them into my hall and took a photo before asking me to sign to confirm delivery. They also updated the tracking showing a picture of my front door and each item in my hall as well as my signature. As said, I can't praise this company enough, their prices are phenomenally brilliant and their beds and mattresses are excellent. A perfect service all round. Thank you. A+++++.

This is the 2nd time we've used RPYALSTORES. Sham was very helpful, making sure we had the correct mattresses for our hotel. The supply was really quick and the delivery very prompt, efficient and friendly.
We are now preparing another specialist order for one of our boutique rooms in the hotel

I ordered a bed , the service was quick and I am very impressed with the quality of my purchase .I can tell it’s very sturdy and well made , I bought the side lift otterman bed and would certainly use this company again . I also purchased the Jolene ortho mattress by Rapyal bedding which is fantastic value for money and just perfect for support 😊

The bed that they sent me was the wrong size for our needs; They offer returns (within 14 days), but ignored all of my correspondence within this time. I had to get eBay involved, in which they then agreed to the return but never honoured it. I would seriously recommend to avoid this company; the customer service is shocking, if you get any at all. AVOID at ALL COSTS !!!

DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! should be ashamed to call themselves a reputable company…wanted to return an item, i opened a return request via eBay (in the return time permitted) they IGNORED ME, so i rang the company up on 5 separate occasions and emailed several times and the people i was greeted by were NO HELP. They spoke to me as though i was stupid and still did not give me a solution to my problem. I still have the bed 3 months later after being ghosted by this disgraceful business. This place is LAUGHABLE🤣🤣🤣

All I can say is that these reviews must be fake! I’ve found the order process easy but the customer service is awful and they are very rude! They don’t answer their phone and when they do they are abrupt and talk over you - as soon as I turned on the recording facility on my phone her attitude changed completely and was then very helpful! All I wanted to know was when our bed would be delivered today. I provided an email address but was told that I couldn’t have!

Bought bed and mattress. Both exactly as described, bed easy to assemble, mattress really comfy. What made my experience with this company even better, Delivery was very fast, faster than anticipated, actually. Very nice guy, who delivered the bed and mattress, helped me to carry it to the house, without asking questions. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend this company!

The delivery itself was excellent. The bed arrived just two days after ordering, which was impressive. The driver also called around 30 minutes before delivery to check someone was in, which I appreciated.
The price was another positive. £252 for a large single bed with two drawers, including a mattress, is very good value.
Unfortunately, that is where the positives end.
The company sent me the wrong colour of bed. I ordered silver, which is a light grey, but received steel, which is a much darker grey. This was their mistake.
The reason this is a 3 star review is the customer service, or rather the complete lack of it. The website claims this is a family run business with friendly customer service available by phone, email, or in person, seven days a week, with UK based after sales support. My experience does not match these claims at all.
The after sales phone option (option 3) simply rings out and then cuts off. I tried calling over a dozen times across two days. The only option that was ever answered was sales (option 1). I was advised to email their customer help address which I did.
After hearing nothing for several days, I called again and was told no email had been received. While still on the phone, I resent the same email and was told it had now come through. Since then, I have heard absolutely nothing.
As a result, I am left with a boxed bed sitting in my office room, waiting for a response that never seems to come. There has been no acknowledgement of their mistake, no apology, and no offer to replace the bed, which is the bare minimum I would expect.
After reading other reviews, it is clear I am not alone in experiencing poor customer service. I would urge others to think carefully before buying.
2nd Feb update.
I received a telephone call on 31st January from the Customer Services, presumably prompted by my review. I received a small refund for keeping the bed which covers the cost of the vallance and headboard cover I bought to mask the wrong colour. The bed is comfy but note there is no metal join fastening to keep the 2 base pieces together though I've weighed the drawers down with sheets which will hopefully do the trick. I did get an apology which I appreciated although I do wonder if it would have been forthcoming had I not left a 1 star review to start with.

Excellent service and delivery, everything purchased was in perfect condition, no issues. Highly recommend, 5 🌟.

Bed delivered damaged

My bed came, two days after I ordered it, which was great! I love my new bed, it is actually bigger than I expected and the service provided was 10 out of 10!
