I had to arrange a last minute removal, Josh was really responsive and helpful. He accepted my last minute query even tough work was continued until 9pm they were supportive until end of move.

The Rapid Removal team were amazing; they made the moving experience and leaving London with our young family stress-free. Josh and the team were super polite, helpful and professional.

100% would recommend Rapid to all my friends and family.

I would totally recommend Rapid Removal Group. From the outset there was great communication and professionalism from Josh. He and his team provided a great and high standard removal service for my home relocation which was over 100 miles away and nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed throughout the day of my move and the day went smoothly. The service received was first class, outstanding and what they provided was well worth the money.

I will definitely recommend to my family and friends who will be joining me here.

Very strange that we had such a terrible experience with this company as all their other reviews are very positive which is why I booked them. The booking process was easy and Josh communicated well leading up to the move. We had them provide packing and moving services with 3 weeks of storage in between.
On the first move day they changed plans that morning and were late to arrive. The staff were polite and worked hard so no complaints there. However, communication was poor and they underestimated the time the move would take and also the size of van needed so they had to go to storage and unload during the day before coming back to continue. We were unable to get accurate updates from them on the estimated completion time which made the end of the day very stressful as we had a 2 year old needed collected from childcare and the new owner of the property waiting to access.
On the second day when they moved our items from storage to the new property they were also late and did not inform us of that until we called to ask. All our furniture had not been properly protected and had been damaged during the move. Almost every item we own has chips, scratches and divets. They took apart our table, sofa, wardrobes and beds for the move and when they came to reassemble them they had lost many of the pieces along the way including all the screws for the master bed, one of the sofa legs and the screws for the dining table. They attempted to come back the next day with the additional parts to finish the job but were hours late again so the person there to provide access had gone.
In the end after having to take it through a solicitor they have accepted fault and credited our full invoice.

As mentioned not sure how this happened after all the positive reviews, they are a young company just registered last October so may just be a lack of experience for a larger move. Needless to say I would not recommend them.

Rapid Removal did a great job on my recent move. They responded quickly to my initial enquiry and got me booked in for the date I needed them for. Arrived 20mins early. The two guys were very friendly, professional and did a great job! Would honestly recommend!

Really great service they came well prepared for the job. I was doing a move which involved a change of city and 2 drop off points. The team were on time, tenacious and persistent until they were able to safely get my designer table through a narrow door. Little magicians! They sent me videos and kept me informed the whole day. They made the most stressful day at ease, they are professional but friendly. They're was so much more stuff to move then expected but they were more then happy to move it and sort it out later. They were also very quick so it we were all moved within a few hrs. Would defo recommend these guys

A great local company! From start to finish they were professional whilst very competitive with costs. I had some very delicate items which were moved with great care, and all arrived in perfect condition.

They had correct PPE and have a robust COVID policy, this really reassured me, as I live with a vulnerable relative.
