Jawed was absolutely brilliant! He was very thorough in explaining everything to us and answered all of our questions.

About an hour after his visit, when he laid rat poison and installed a one-way rat-flap in the sewage pipe, we heard scratching above the kitchen ceiling once more (the rat was clearly eating the poison then left via the one-way street to rehydrate) - there has been no sign of it since! Thank you, Jawed.

manny q does great work every time he comes to my job(tribologik). always pleasant and friendly and best of all i never see any bugs.

Mr Shahid from Rapid kill pest control is very professional, helpful and kind. Thrice I took his services and he helped me sorting out with disinfection & mince traps . He even gave me a few spare mince traps for free. Highly recommended

Fantastic service to eliminate wasps. Call from Jack on Friday evening after I had made an online enquiry, and appointment booked for Saturday morning. Arrived on time, polite, professional, explained what he had done and what would happen to the wasps. Left paperwork and details of how to contact if any issues. Lovely young man, credit to the company!
