Back in 2023 I was staring out of the office window in Auckland at my 9-5 office job. I wondered if I could ever live life on my terms, especially with location and work. I joined Mike's rank and rent course on December 2023. I had no idea how to do websites let alone any online marketing. From day 1, Mike laid out the roadmap for how to get my first client. I was nervous during my first sales call but was able to do it because of the guidance provided from the course.

I've been living in Thailand for the past 3 years, earning a passive income while living a life on my terms. I couldn't of done it without the foundation of Mike's course, which didn't just teach me rank and rent, it taught me how to thrive in running a business. How to deal with clients, how to have discipline and grow beyond the business and into my own personal life.
