Great products and great price but packaging needs some work. Cling film around the plastic bubble wrap isn’t great for environmental reasons and was unnecessary

I had trawled both Ireland and England looking for spares for my old Franco Belge but had no success until I found Rangemoors. I rang first and was advised by a very helpful man. I ordered the parts online and even though there had to be customs tax paid due to Brexit, my goods arrived in a few days, intact and correct. I'm very impressed and grateful, we are warm again!

My regular first choice for WoodBurner/Stove parts. They hold everything I need for my Villager Stoves and the prices are very reasonable. Purchases usually are delivered within 3 days and always well packed.

I have given 5 stars because when the glass arrived it was broken. I sent them CCTV footage of the delivery showing damage to the box before delivery and a photo of the actual glass itself showing the damage. They understood the situation and refunded the cost including delivery charge same day. This was not anything to do with them but the delivery company DPD. Their response to the situation was excellent.

I owe you an apology for my recent review, having checked with an independent supplier the correct size rope seal in 8mm which is what was supplied. It should have been stretched taut when fitting.
It is worthy of mention that there were no fitting instructions supplied.
