Super comfort and super quality, first time I have changed brand for 15 years, they are great

I came across the Randies brand of underwear by chance online and thought I would give it a try as who does not desire comfortable lasting underwear. I tried the long leg boxer trunk and was surprised at how well it fitted and more importantly how well the tackle was kept in place all day and the legs did not 'ride up with wear'. So now, I am hooked... Randies is my premier choice of underwear. I have since tried the short leg boxer trunk and that is more suited to the hot climate where I live, so I am ready for my first mix pack and can't wait for the promised expanded colour range.

There is so much to like about Randies. First and foremost, the product is great. The boxers are exceptionally comfortable and fit superbly. Added to this, they are a British brand that are doing brilliant things. Their customer service is exemplary and they have a genuine desire to help. Really couldn’t recommend them high enough.

I received the wrong size order. I have emailed twice and got no response but plenty of automated follow-up orders. Very poor customer services.

Aug update - Following contact, their initial response went into my Spam folder, we were able to resolve the size issue. Overall, I think the product is wonderful, reason for four star was due to having to sort out the incorrect size issue first time round.

Best boxers I've ever had. Comfort & quality. Better than any Ralph Lauren or Calvin Klein's I've had in the past.

The boxers themself are the best I have tried. Fabric is cooling which is exactly what I was after and the design clearly thought out to provide maximum comfort. Only quality materials used and none of that polyester rubbish like the more well known brands. Do your research and I am sure you’ll find your way to Randies.

I became aware of Randies via Instagram and thought they were worth trying. I’m so pleased I did as I was so impressed with the fit, quality and comfort of Randies that I went all in and threw out all my old boxers. Highly recommended.
