Excellent service. Ordered and received next day.

I ordered new wheels for my autistic sons scooter. Initially I had a phone call to say they only had one in stock but more to come in later in the week. Then I received an email to say the wheels were out of stock. Ultimately I ended up getting a very prompt refund since no stock available but was very impressed with communication.

Unfortunately I’m still waiting for my order after over a week and no response to my email :(

I have a faulty bike and there ignoring my emails so I can’t get this problem solved

Ordered a bike that cost me £600 had it two days and realized it was faulty I’ve emailed 4 times and had no response! Really bad customer services I regret ordering from these and will be staying well away from them in the future

I ordered 3 off items, which were in stock and only one was delivered. The packaging was all intact, so I contacted Rampworx immediately. No response at all, so contacted again and still no response. I have now read similar issues and I should have read the reviews before ordering.

Poor communication when item from webshop was not delivered despite courier claiming it was delivered. No apology and little in the way of trying to help resolve. Reordered item from another supplier. On a plus side the price for the item was good if it arrived!

I was not sent the item I ordered, I received a much cheaper inferior alternative. Despite multiple emails, none of which were responded to and a couple of phone calls the issue is unresolved (although I must add that the people I spoke with were perfectly friendly). I will not be ordering from Rampworx again but wish them well with their skatepark.

Ordered 2 bearings, sent me 1 correct 1 & a totally different 1 as a replacement, which I didn’t want or need. No reply to emails, no replacement part, no refund, AVOID!!!!!

Awful customer service, didnt receive item, had no replies to my queries and in the end was refunded by Paypal

Next thing I know no communication up u until I’m being emailed for a refund yet I want the item. To reorder it guess what?…..it costs more

Ordered quite late for my Son’s birthday. So left a message to say when I needed it by, as for some reason couldn’t do express delivery.
Came in plenty of time!

Ordered a week ago and still haven’t received my order. Have emailed company with no reply

I wasn’t happy. 1 I placed my order.2 the roller skates said they was in stock.3 I paid for my goods.4 then I was told few days later was told I was getting a refund and had to wait few day later to get it.4 I wasn’t happy that I didn’t get any skates and now looking for them they going to cost me more now and I didn’t have any new skates to go skating with my daughter for her birthday with her new skates
