I took advantage of the fresh start offer.It gave them 100k. They deposited 10.00 into high yield savings what's the rate of 4.10% and took the rest of my money and put it in a cash account I didn't sign up for. Scamming out of $760.00 in interest.

I spoke with Dylanni about a question I had on my account. She literally had the answer as I finished the question. In a world of endless menus designed to frustrate you so you go away or an AI Agent that can't handle even simple question Raisin rules. Calls are answered by live agents in much less than a minute. In three years of working with Raisin I have neve had one bad experience - all have been very easy to understand, knowledgable, pleasant and in Dylanni's case a sense of humor.

Worst platform ever! I don’t recommend
Its a nightmare to deal with the customer service,especially if you need to update your banking information. What should be a simple process becomes unnecessary extremely complicated and time consuming. They are not helpful or easy to deal with like other platforms or banks in US.

The representative was knowledgeable and friendly.

After several failed attempts at a phone call (my fault, I had two numbers transposed) I emailed and within an hour or so I got a very detailed response to my question from Rayvnn. She was the one that also suggested. I checked my contact number to make sure I had the right one! Very happy with the service!

I have spoken with raisin employees 3 or 4 times in the past 4 months for clarification. They are always stellar: no wait time, personable, genuine, informed, intelligent. My question is clarified within minutes- they don’t hurry you off incase you have a follow-up.

The agent I spoke with was very polite and helpful and handle my issue really fast. Would be more than happy to work with him again.

Starting the account and transferring funds was super easy with just a couple minor hiccups which were addressed by a very responsive customer service.

They took my $250K when I opened the account, then immediately locked me out of my account for “security reasons”. Said I had to verify my identity using some face scanning thing that wouldn’t work. They said there was no other option, and would not give me access to my money! So now I’m trying to get my money back. They won’t sent it back to my bank. They said I have to have my bank pull it back. It is ridiculous that they can just take my money and then lock my account. If they couldn’t verify me, why did they take my money?
They keep telling me to call their customer service, which I’ve done repeatedly, but they are no help at all! All they do is read from a script. If you give them a problem that’s not on the script, they won’t do anything to help you.

Using the website was not intuitive enough for me to complete this transaction without calling, unfortunately. Knowing that I needed to click on the bank currently holding the CD was not intuitive. Fortunately, the call was straightforward and short.
