Ordered 4 heels which were all beautiful and good quality but didn’t fit my feet so returned (about £400 worth). They have up to 14 days to process your return when they receive it, they waited until the 14th day to process my return even though they confirmed they received the shoes 2 weeks prior. It then took a further 3-5 days to receive the money. I thought this was a one off until I read the other reviews. It’s unnecessary to keep customer money for this long. I would order from next instead as they supply rainbow club.

Got my order without any problem. The shoes were beautiful and good quality, unfortunately the heels were too high for me so I returned them. 23 days later after receiving my returned item, I am still waiting on a refund. Sent an email to me stating that it would take a further 3,5 days( after their initial 14 working days) to issue a refund. Take your money quick enough, just not so quick to refund it. This needs a serious look at.

Avoid. These were the first pair of bridal shoes I ordered, and I was excited to receive them. Given both the cost of the order and its significance, I chose the more expensive UPS delivery option for peace of mind. Unfortunately, the experience from there was incredibly disappointing.

To make matters worse, on the day UPS we're due to deliver, they marked the parcel as having been “attempted” for delivery, despite me being at home. I then received an email saying they would attempt delivery again the following day. So, ultimately, paying extra for the supposedly better delivery option felt completely pointless. I decided to return the shoes the following day, but because of their value, I again paid for tracked delivery. Between the original delivery and return, I spent almost £25 on postage alone.

Despite the return being successfully delivered, I received absolutely no communication to confirm it had been received. Considering the value of the order, you would expect at least a basic acknowledgement. I contacted customer service and was told I would receive a return confirmation, but that never arrived. Instead, I was left repeatedly chasing for updates and checking that my return was actually being processed.

Like many other reviewers have mentioned, three weeks passed with little more than references to the returns policy. On the morning the three-week period was up, I finally received a credit memo, only to then have to wait for the refund itself to be processed. In total, it took almost a month to get my money back.

When you're a bride, there are already countless expenses going out, and you're excited about finding something as important as your wedding shoes. Having a high-value return tied up for almost a month, with virtually no proactive communication and the added stress of constantly chasing for updates, is far from the experience you would expect.

For the price of the products and the additional delivery costs, the customer service and returns process were simply not good enough.

To echo other reviews the returns process is ridiculous. You’ll be waiting 3 weeks for them just to confirm they’re processing it and a further 3-5 days to get the refund.
They just refer to policy which given the amount of people that share this frustration, it has nothing to do with staffing shortages and everything to do with them keeping your money for as long as possible.
Avoid.

I can't thank Rainbow Club enough for the amazing customer service I received.

Unfortunately, my wedding shoes were lost by the courier while they were on their way to Rainbow Club to be re-dyed. This was completely out of Rainbow Club's hands, but they couldn't have been more helpful.

Joel called me as soon as he opened the parcel to let me know the shoes weren't inside and then emailed me photos showing exactly how the package had arrived. He was so understanding and kept me updated throughout.

Even though the loss wasn't their fault, Rainbow Club kindly offered to replace my shoes with a brand-new pair in the same style and have them dyed black for me. I was so grateful for such a thoughtful gesture.

Losing my original wedding shoes was heartbreaking, but the kindness, care and support I received from Joel and the team made such a difference.

Thank you again to Joel and everyone at Rainbow Club. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Absolutely awful, although their shoes look gorgeous, the fits are not right, I knew I wanted the Clara and my dress had been altered for that height. My usual size has toe over hang, the next size up was massive. I went for the half size in the end still a slight toe over hang but it is what it is now. Returns process and sizing really lets this company down.
I had confirmation they had received my shoes back for a refund on the 10/06/2026 - it is now the 29/06/2026 and I am still chasing my refund.
They are quick enough to take but not refund.
I would never purchase from here again because of these reasons.
Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere like John Lewis who also sell rainbow club shoes, at least your then get better customer service and free returns.

Nice selection of shoes and they appear to be good quality, although I doubt the blue gem will stay stuck on for very long. Sizing is true to size and you don’t have to size down for a higher heel like you often do with other brands. Wouldn’t advise buying from them direct though - I ordered two pairs of shoes and returned one pair over 3 weeks ago. You have to pay for returns which is a bit disappointing for a ‘premium’ brand. Their customer service confirmed they received the parcel a few days after I sent it back but said it can take 14 working days to receive a refund. 14 working days sounded too long (I assumed they’d made a mistake with ‘working’ days) but it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting to get my money back. They don’t stock their shoes in many places to try them on, so you’re restricted to using their website to order and will likely have to return something. Had I known how slow their processes would be, I would’ve chosen another brand. It’s great to have lovely shoes but if you’re charging a premium price for them, you have to have the infrastructure internally to be able to accommodate for returns, particularly when you aren’t stocking the products anywhere people can try them on in person.

The shoes are beautiful, but the customer service has been extremely disappointing. My return has been with them for 13 days with no confirmation email and no sign of a refund. When I contacted to follow this up, I was given incorrect information about the return date—despite having tracking that shows the actual delivery—and the response I received was unhelpful.
I am currently almost £100 out of pocket, which is unacceptable.

I ordered something from Rainbow Club to Germany. The shoes are great, but the shipping and returns process is completely opaque. Returns are handled via Global e and are very difficult to arrange. Furthermore, the return shipping costs, which in my case amounted to EUR 29.99, must be paid by the buyer.

This company makes you buy your own returns label , which is unusual and poor. Worse than that, they haven’t given me any update on my return despite it being over 3 weeks since I sent it back to them, and over 2 since they received it back.

My brother had two wedding celebrations-one in London and the second in Provence. The dress code for
both was elegant and vibrant. I choose the Morgan shoe and Celina handbag for both events. I had one set dyed cobalt blue and the other, crimson red. The colour studio were so fantastic! They matched everything absolutely perfectly with my Monsoon tulle dresses. I felt the matching shoes and bags really made my outfits. I received so many lovely comments on how I looked too. Thank you Rainbow Club 🌈

10/10 service and experience shopping with Rainbow Club. I went for the Aria heels and they were SO comfortable. Easily a 12hr+ shoe! Really happy I went with Rainbow.

Had a purple wedding dress, so had my rainbow club shoes dyed to match it! Shoes were super comfy and they dye service was fantastic! they matched the colour perfectly :)

I would avoid, poor expensive delivery which takes ages - pay a premium for 1-2 days - lucky if they come in 5 days
Returns are worse it took 14 days for a refund
Customer service very poor when most suppliers these days offer prompt /efficient delivery and easy returns.
Avoid or order via another supplier such as John Lewis or Next

Bought some ivory shoes and bag for my daughter’s wedding from Rainbow Club Unfortunately I got them very dirty. They were so comfortable so I wanted to wear them again so I used the rainbow club dying service to have the shoes and bag dyed and I am extremely happy with the result .

Customer service Gracie kept denying there was an issue with express order. It’s been over a week and DHL still haven’t received or scanned. Had to make an international call, where they denied any issues again. Wedding is next week and they wont send another pair. It’s been 9 days since order was placed. Scammers to avoid.

Really disappointed. Didn't even have the shoes id purchased.

I certainly would not recommend the dye service of this company. Dye transfer to my hands and feet within an hour of wearing at my daughter’s wedding which was extremely upsetting. The company eventually offered to refund the dye service but no goodwill gesture for the not fit for purpose service - avoid!

Shoes look stunning but too overpriced and weird sizing. I would recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes. Please improve on your shoe sizing and quality please.

I ordered a pair of childrens shoes for my wedding in ivory, sent off a ribbon in lilac from her bridesmaid dress and they have come back today. Over the moon, the colour is spot on. So excited to see her little face when she puts them on with her dress. Thank you so much. Highly recommend you.
