I ordered a heavy duty retractable washing line from amazon. The item arrived broken and unuseable. Tried using Amazon's return service which takes me to seller chat. which then redirects me back to amazon. Tried 2 other ways of returning/refunding (phone call - dead number - and Amazon's customer service - sent me back to Rainberg) but no such luck. it turns out that rainberg.co.uk does not exist.

Will be more careful next time.

Bought an ironing board which was a BIG MISTAKE
would not stand level as the bar between the feet wasn't level which made it so wobbly it was unusable.
Bought on Amazon so you think send it back nope it was delivered by DPD but the return said I had to take it to my nearest post office !!
And pay for the return they can't even send a prepaid label !!
So I'm without a board & £ 58 out of pocket 🤬

I ordered a garden chair with Rainberg via amazon, it originally said delivery with Evri 48 hours later and then said an isdue should get it by 27th May but still no chair. I emailed them for a refund but sent placatory email with no mention of my refund. I am still chasing- SO AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

We bought 2 fold up chairs for a festival. First use the zip came off in my hand which made it impossible to close and carry. Rainberg would not give us a replacement bag and suggested we send back the whole order. How does this make sense or business sense? So we had to send back one perfect chair and bag and one perfect chair and faulty bag for a refund.
Does Rainberg think we will re buy the same chairs from them again? Very short sighted.
Also I looked to buy a replacement bag but you can't and because they are a specific size the generic ones don't fit either.

I give zero stars as we orderd a table and chairs for our motor home from amazon ,which came back suitable for a 10 year old so cheaply made didn't feel safe sitting on the chairs tidy ,decided to send them back to amazon through the post office on the 3/10/24 cost us 17 pound to send back,we were able to track it with parcelforce worworldwide,it kept saying at their depo ,put a complaint in to amazon as we still have not had a refund amazon told us to take it up with the supplier of the table and chairs who are Rainberg , got intouch with Rainberg give all the tracking details the lot ,was told get all the tracking details and everything, done that ,Parcelforce gave us a photo of the parcel being dropped off at the warehouse it was ment to go to name of the person who recieved it ,yet no reply off Rainberg still no refund ,we are 70 pound dwn
