Fabulous Crinkle Boots
Ordered some boots for a 70s do I'm attending. First time I've ordered anything from Raid but the whole experience was brilliant. The boots arrived very quickly beautifully wrapped and well packaged. I absolutely love them. Even better they were in the sale so I've got my boots for a very reasonable price. Thank you Raid.

Really poor quality
Really poor quality. Never have had that bad quality in any kind of shoes so far. Boots broke completely after only one month of moderate wearing. I sent pictures and now they want me to return them. The price to return them from Switzerland is as high as the price of the shoes itself. As I would need to pay the return on my own, I have no option to get any refund or a new pair of shoes.
First and last order.

Fab knee length boots
Easy to order, arrived quickly. Lovely boots (my 3rd pair). They look great with dresses or under cropped wide legged trousers and I’m always complimented when I wear them, and best of all they zip up, so no massive laces to deal with!

i purchased some heels, not only did the heel come about 3 sizes smaller than it was advertised, but this cheeky company decided to keep part of my refund too. My refund should have been £21.98 and they sent me back £15. do not shop here! You will have to chase them for your refund

Hi Ally, sorry to see a 1 star review, we, like most retailers, have introduced a discounted return shipping fee to part fund the cost of returns which is more fair to all customers.
Our returns procedure is clear and available on our website, we offer a discounted returns cost of £2.49 if you use the Royal Mail, saving on average around £3.00. We charge a small fee as it costs us to ship the product to you and for unwanted items to be returned back to us. This ensures all customers get the best price and they are not covering the cost of serial returners. A typical refund can take up to 14 working days from receipt of your returned item into our warehouse, followed by 1-7 days for the refund to make its way through the banking system in to your account.
We pride ourselves in providing exceptional customer care and we do all we can to ensure you receive quality products in a timely manner, however, things can and do go wrong on occasion. Reach out and they will help you!

Inaccurate discription
The description of the mules was wildly inaccurate. I am a size 3 and couldn’t put my foot into the shoe, it was so small. Also it states heel height as 100mm and it’s 125mm, a whole inch higher

what can I say about raid boots .a well…
what can I say about raid boots .a well a lot actually. but I am afraid it's not a .Good .so here it is .I am not sure how many people are out there..with the same problem bought to pair of boots one for myself. and another. for my granddaughter. the pair I had bought for her. was not so good. as they were an all round bad fit .so I returned them back .and it's now week .four with still no sign .of my refund. despite reaching out to customer service. about this I am still waiting. on my refund. I hope there is not to many 😕. poor .raid victims out there with the same bad .situation as mine

Can’t find which couriers they use
Can’t find which couriers they use. Evri continually deliver my parcels to the wrong address and have lost some. I ant to buy some boots but not if the use Evri and there’s no chat option and you can’t email unless you have an order number
