The radiator looks amazing but
The radiator looks amazing and even they don’t send you instructions, it’s very easy to install.
However they took a lot of time sending the product and after a month before they sent me the radiator I saw in their website they put in offer this product so it was like £15 cheaper. As in other places they are happy to return the difference, I’ve asked them to do it for me but the say no and oly offered to send a voucher for the next buy. A bit not useful as their products are really pricely and you are not buying every month something else from them.
A but dissapointed because they made me wait more than a month for my radiator and during that time then went on sale but they didin’t wanted to offered me that sale.

Thank you, Vanessa, we are delighted that your Radiator Cover looks amazing and that it was easy to fit. NB. We do have simple instructions online, if they are ever required.
We do quote 3-6 weeks when customers require a made to order finish and size and you actually received your Radiator Cover within 5 weeks. We did offer a slightly larger cover from stock, for next day delivery, but you preferred to wait for the exact & tailor-made size.
We do run promotions and had just started one a day earlier and the difference for you, was £12, to which we offered double that as a store voucher as a goodwill gesture, via Email, & which you could have used in any of our stores (Lighting, Furniture, Wall Panels, Shelves etc) to which you didn’t reply?
