Excelente Experiencia - Muy recomendable
Antes de vincularme con Radex Markets, investigué el mercado por un periodo relevante de tiempo, y puedo confirmar que haber elegido a Radex Markets fue una excelente decisión. Desde el principio el contacto con el área comercial ha sido muy cercano y siempre respondiendo rápido y con suma transparencia.
Lo que más me sorprendió es que todo lo que se promete se cumple. La plataforma funciona muy bien y se nota la transparencia en todo momento y una preocupación por desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales de largo plazo con los clientes.

Una muy buena experiencia. Investigué mucho antes de hacerme cliente. Son muy serios y responsables, transparencia completa.

Withdrawal Delayed for Over Two Months
Withdrawal Delayed for Over Two Months, Excessive KYC, Principal Still Not Returned
I requested a withdrawal from RADEX MARKETS in early May 2026, and more than two months later, I still have not received my funds.
Throughout this period, RADEX MARKETS has continuously requested additional AML/KYC documents. I have fully cooperated and submitted extensive supporting information, including:
Identity verification documents
Source of funds explanation
Cryptocurrency wallet information
Blockchain transaction records (TXIDs)
Wallet addresses
On-chain transaction history
Counterparty information
Cash transaction explanation
Other documents requested by the compliance department
Each time I submitted the requested documents, I was asked for even more information, and the review process kept being extended without any clear timeline for completion.
What is most concerning is that even my original deposited funds have still not been returned.
I fully understand the need for AML/KYC compliance. However, in my opinion, RADEX MARKETS has gone far beyond reasonable compliance requirements. The prolonged review process and repeated document requests amount to excessive KYC ("Over KYC"), preventing customers from accessing their own money.
Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend depositing funds with RADEX MARKETS.
In my opinion, continuously requesting additional documents, delaying withdrawals for months, and withholding even a customer's original principal raises serious concerns about how customer withdrawals are handled.
I hope my experience helps other investors make informed decisions and exercise caution before depositing funds with this company.

I am extremely disappointed with Radex. After successfully making around $800 USD in profits, my account was flagged for “Latency Abuse” and all of my profits were removed.
The problem is that I never engaged in any form of latency abuse, arbitrage, AI trading, expert advisors (EAs), bots, or any prohibited trading activity. I traded exclusively from my mobile phone and have evidence to support this.
I contacted their support team and explained the situation, providing proof that my trading was conducted manually. Instead of conducting a fair review and presenting clear evidence of the alleged violation, they simply relied on a generic accusation and confiscated my profits.
If a broker can remove legitimate profits based on an allegation without providing transparent evidence, it raises serious concerns about fairness and trust. My experience has been very frustrating, and I would advise potential traders to exercise caution before depositing funds with this company.
