Reassured I got the best deal
I particularly appreciated how I was informed of a cheaper package option when I was otherwise selecting more expensive options for breakdown cover on a cheaper package.

When I bought a new car
When I bought a new car, my original insurer did not recognise the model and would not insure it, although it was the same manufacturer, but a newer model. The RAC had no problem and insured it straight away.

The fact the stupid RAC app told me I…
The fact the stupid RAC app told me I had to insure my car and then the following day I received an automatic renewal so I ended up with 2 insurance policys for one car, RAC departments NEED to talk to each other . Right, after talking to the very helpful Vicky I was assured my feedback would be noted on the wording of the RAC phone app , I hope this helps others . And also I hope RAC will clarify their app . A full five stars to Vicky .
