You will not win on this game if you get lucky enough to hit some money you better take it because you can spin a hundred times and win absolutely nothing I have played these games before on different sites and they do let you win this is the only one that I know you can play five cents a spin and when absolutely nothing cuz they getting out on their customers the owners of this game site tell you what save your money and buy you some lottery tickets or go to a real casino.

Literally stole money from my account. You cannot retrieve winnings. Total scam. My card has had to be cancelled 3 times due to fraud.

What an absolute scamming site! Made some deposits with absolutely no issues (obviously) I had a very good win but when I went to withdraw that’s where the issue was. I was told I could only withdraw €400 at a time, which I thought was a pain but if they dealt with the withdrawal fast I could make a few withdrawals each day to take the cash out. No they kept making excuses and refusing the withdrawal! It became pretty obvious they had no intention of paying out just accepting your cash - this site should be closed down along with any other sites they have

Signed up and added all my information to be verified before I did anything else. I uploaded ID of my passport, they also ask for a picture of you holding your passport (not a problem and I provided this)
All was approved very quickly. I withdrew in the evening of the 21st September and my funds were approved and in my account the morning of the 23rd September.
I’ve had no problems so I don’t know why others have complained.

Avoid this gambling site! You have to deposit a minimum of £50 but you can’t withdraw any winning unless you have at least £150 in your balance. But it doesn’t stop there! Oh no! You literally have to wager £270 of your own money before you can withdraw any Winnings even if you don’t accept any bonuses! Basically, you can never withdraw your money once you’ve deposited, no matter how much you win! It’s a big scam and the gambling commission needs to investigate this company any fine them and close them down. They are basically praying on people who have used GameStop and all they do is take your money, you can never win, because any winnings them have to be wagered by so much and you still need to have £150 to be able to withdraw. Just don’t do it! You will lose all your money!

What went wrong with this site? Well where do I start?

Firstly, the whole site seems extremely sketchy, not something you would want to trust your funds with. But being the fool I am, I deposited some cash and actually won around 200 euros. Great right? well that's when your trouble begins. It's extremely easy to deposit(as always) but after doing some digging they claim to be running for over a decade, and yet the site was registered little over a month ago. The only way to contact the support was actually to contact a Live support 'agent', this time it wasn't oliva. No, it was Eva. But she is also a hard worker, being online 24/7. Upon withdrawing my funds, I waited a few hours and the withdrawal was rejected (surprise surprise). They asked for my id, proof of address, and also a utility bill. Great. So I submitted the info, and began the process of withdrawal again, few hours late. *Bing* Your withdrawal has been rejected. Oh yes, rejected a second time because apparently my driving license isn't proof of ID - they want a copy of my passport, and at this point I started to get sketched out - not only because the site was actually made a month ago on namecheap.com but the fact that the registrar info is all hidden and this seems like a genuine quick scam. I forgot about my funds and just blew it on random games, because I would rather lose the money than start sending over ridiculous pieces of information and who knows whats next? perhaps my Birth certificate. 'Casinos' Like this should be illegal and the operators thrown in jail. Even if you win - You don't!. I don't normally write reviews but I'm honestly trying to save the next person from this ludicrous scam. PLEASE. STAY. AWAY.

Refuse to pay out winnings. Only available options to withdraw are via Mastercard or Bitcoin. €400 maximum limit.
ID documents constantly rejected, then approved, then rejected again.

5 times now I have requested a withdrawal. Palmed of with ridiculous excuses, each time.
The latest reason is they're having technical difficulties. Sure those issues would soon disappear if I was making a deposit!

No way of contacting them other than via online chat. Hi Olivia!! She works 24 hours a day.
