If I could give them zero stars, I would I purchased this hair back in February. I received it in March when I received the hair. I notified them that they had sent me the wrong hair and the texture and link, but at the time I wasn’t able to send it back because they sent it the day I needed it although it was supposed to be there several days earlier they agreed to give me a partial refund for the inconvenience if I gave them a good review. I stated that I would not be doing that because that is not how that works. They said OK they would process the refund. I took my daughter on her trip once I returned, I checked back with them. They apologized claiming they forgot to do the refund, but
that the window for a refund had been closed, so I needed to talk to TikTok’s customer service to grant them access to refund me again. I have been dealing with that since the beginning of April still going back-and-forth between the customer service and I reached out to qvr customer service via their website and was told that they are not associated with TikTok sales, although you can access the TikTok from the main website so they told me they could not help me now they’re offering me a 19% to 12% discount on my next purchase because it’s been so long and I still haven’t received a refund like it is my fault that I didn’t receive it.

QVR sent me the wrong color, they sent methe color 44D.
I will be contacting my credit card company and explain that QVR deliberately and fraudulently sent me the wrong color.

The service is excellent! Super responsive. The hair is super curly and matches my pattern.

This is the 5th time I have made an order and am still waiting can’t track it but I just hope it won’t take forever like the last time. The hair is okay it’s human hair so I expect it to tangle some but probably help us with the specific products to use for this hair.My last order was something else from what I ordered so I hope no disappointment this time.

This company is a complete scam! I placed an order on 5/21/26 and have yet to receive an update on my order as of 6/2/26. I have sent messages and tried calling on WhatsApp with no response to either. DO NOT buy from this company. I have begun the dispute process with my bank.

Absolutely not worth it. I wanted to love this hair. I made a comment about this on their page, but it got deleted with pictures. I got 6 packs: 3 packs of QVR Dark Brown #4 Crochet Hair Water Wave Machine Made Feather Human Hair Extension, and another 3 pack in colour #1B, all 18 inches long.
It is tangled and matted, and then frizzy. I untable it with just water, being careful not to add any product at first, and it would frizz up and become a tangled, matted mess within hours. I decided to decondition the hair with a silicon mix that solves every wig's tangle mess, and there was no cure for this. I am absolutely disappointed. I spent so much money, over $500, for it to turn out like this? I am very disappointed.
Even my curly hair is not matte and tangles this much especial after untagling it.

I am absolutely disappointed in the Burmese curly feather crotchet hair. I spent over €150 to order it because I was promised it was human hair and can be reused. However I could only use it for 2 weeks and had to cut it off my hair with scissors because it became so tangled and matted into my hair. It gets worse when you add moisture to try to loosen the curls. It's an absolute scam selling synthetic hair for the price of human hair

I use to order this hair a lot and it was great. I guess they changed something bc it’s horrible. It matts and tangles. It does not curl or retain a curl pattern. Don’t waste your money on this kinky bulk hair

The hair was not what I expected. It has a very bad smell to it and the pax is not that full, especially when you spending almost $150

400°F = 204°C heat temperature used on the hair.
Which even a synthetic blend can tolerate without melting. Your company is out here SCAMMING customers with untruths about the hair that you're selling. I let another professional try to curl the hair with different irons just to prove a point. YOU'RE NOT SELLING 100% UNPROCESSED HUMAN HAIR. YOU NEED TO BE EXPOSED FOR THE LIES.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE HAIR IS MATTED TANGLED AND DOES NOT HOLD MOISTURE. IT'S MATTED AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. THE SERVICE IS ALSO AWFUL.
