I’m not sure if they will ever process your order, but if they do, make sure you allow at least 10 days to receive your items.
Shipped the wrong part
Shipped the wrong part. Purchased on ebay and I used the vehicle fitment tool to verify it would fit. Unfortunately it was after 30 days before I opened the part to install it. So they told me to kick rocks basically. I had been ordering all the parts I needed to replace and then planned to do them all at once. I won't ever buy from them again. Now I have a trim piece that cost almost $200 I can't use.

They returned the email saying we're sorry for the inconvenience it was a mistake. We havent shipped your part. I tried to call and couldnt even talk to a person to get my issue resolved. They only text and email. I got tired of waiting on texts and emails. So I requested a refund. Sooooo frustrated! Waited a week for my part that they said they shipped but didnt ship!
They are the best deal around with a quirk
I have been doing business with them for a few years now and have very good luck. I like that they offer pickup options for parts that are very expensive to ship. That noted the one issue is returns/warranty but I have never needed to do that.
DO NOTE FOR BEST EXPERIENCE DO RESEARCH THE PART NUMBER BEFORE ORDERING.
They sold me the wrong part
They sold me the wrong part. That was after them having me wait 14 days instead of 3 saying they lost it but found it. Part arrives and it is wrong. They slapped a fake Motorcraft tag on it and took me for a ride. Its a brake line! Its a vital car component!
Slow shipping, wrong parts, missing parts, no customer service
I ordered a few times from them in the past and didn't have any problems but my last order has been a mess. Had some parts (which they shipped) , had to order other parts (told 3-5 business days) which they got some of them but after a couple of weeks I told them to cancel what they couldn't get and send me the rest. Took over another full week before I received those parts. Ordered 8/25/25 received last of what they go 9/20/25.
I had ordered a new belt and it doesn't fit. Web site says it does and I supplied a VIN for them to confirm fitment. They won't credit me shipping in either direction.
Ordered a radiator hose and they have 3 pictures of the actual hose F81Z-8260-BA and they all show clamps with the hose and have listed for a name for the part "Hose Assembly." There are no clamps and they won't send my any clamps.

I have sent several messages asking for information about the possibility of express shipping, paying my expenses, the only answer was that I had to buy first and then tell me the shipping methods.

False in stock listings
I ordered parts that their website said we're in stock. Two days later I recieve an email stating that they will have to order them from the manufacturer and it could be a week before they recieved them, and 3-6 days after that before they ship them. When confronted they said they had fixed the problem on their website and two days later the items still show in stock.
They are the worst
They are the worst. Very poor rude customer service. The don't pick up the phone or call. They only text. And it's as if they are doing you a favor when YOU are giving them business. They kept saying my order is in process for 4 business days. They wouldn't give me anymore information or answer any question, or at least be kind. Finally, they sent me an email saying they canceled my order because the part was not available. They say everywhere their lead time is 24-72 hours. Another company I contacted before, got back to me the next say. Will never order from this place with entitled customer service who think they are doing you a favor!

Then you send some sorry note, inside the packaging, oh, the entire shipment will not be arriving on time.
They wrote:
we went to the bin, and noticed we only had one part, instead of the four, you ordered!
They don’t take phone calls, and the follow up was horrible!!!
They refused to give me an estimated date of arrival, and I demanded my money back!
They said, after we get the parts, and send them to you, you can send them back and request a refund!
I’m sure, with a restocking fee, and me paying the shipping!
I finally got my parts, but will never do business with them again!

DO NOT DO BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! First off they don't have a phone number to call. They cancel legitimate orders because you used a VPN! Their customer service told me to buy somewhere else. How dumb are these people that they hire terrible employees too. I'm glad they did cancel because I don't want to give them a penny for accusing people of fraud before they even make a purchase. Share this on social media, file BBB complaints, google and yelp reviews. Boycott them because they do not know how to run a company. I will be ordering my parts from a much better company.

The only reason I gave them a 2 star because I have a tiny amount of blame in the situation. I ordered a part for my Mazda through them on their other website “Mazda OEM Parts Outlet” and had the part shipped to my parents house where I’d do the work on my car (live in the city and don’t have garage). I did not get down there till after the 30 day return window (the tiny amount of blame I mentioned). However when I got to there to do the work I found what was a completely different part than was advertised, a quick glance at the part number confirmed it was absolutely not the part I ordered and that was advertised. Upon realizing they had sent the wrong part I messaged them on their website and was told that they would not remedy their error because I was outside the return window. $62 down the drain. A company that clearly 1. Do not sell the items it advertises and 2. Do not have any interest in good customer service. I imagine this is why they use separate websites to sell their parts so people don’t check this site to see how terrible their reviews are. Would never order from them again.

THey only shipped 3 of my 5 parts. Communication is only through chat and is lacking any detail. I've now waited a total of 18 days for my 2 missing parts and I still don't have them. THey say the warehouse reshipped them but no e-mail came saying so and there is no due date. DON'T USE QUIRKPARTS.
The Worst Parts Place Ever
My experience is just too much to even write BUT the customer service is the worse part about this place. How can you not reach anyone just by chat and they know since they are only chatting they can speak to you any kind of way. I was told “I’ll take my time and look up your refund.” Because I asked what was my refund amount after they sent me someone else’s part with their info on it. The rep blocked me from chatting before I could even get a resolution. The agent was nasty to me from the beginning so I got nasty back and she really didn’t like that. This place is horrible!
They show stock when they don't
This outfit shows parts in stock, but after you place an order a number of days pass after which they cancel the order because the parts are not in stock. Customer service associates are rude and state they don't need my business. Fine, I will: There are better suppliers!
Stay away
Ordered parts from them. All correct vehicle info, etc. Followed instructions to the letter. Disassembled vehicle as per instructions. Started installing ordered parts and they didn't fit. Called KIA tech support and they told me the part wasn't going to work. I reached out to Quirk Parts via their website with no answer. I went on eBay and the whole transaction with Quirk Parts isn't on their website. I can't give eBay any feedback. ????

Seler opened and removed parts from the OEM
I orderred parts that come 4 to a bag. The parts were advertised as a package of 4. The seller opened the Ford OEM Package and removed 2 then shipped me 2 parts in the bag stapled closed. Many of the sellers reviews complain of similar short ship items.

Ordered a tire rim for my Lincoln. used the VIN # and everything. wrong size came. when i reached out they assured me--by email because noone from this company will talk to you and their phone number listed is useless---that it was the right part. i took it to the tire shop and it WAS NOT the right part. now they are telling me since i ordered the wrong part it is my responsibility to pay for shipping. WORST company i have ever dealt with
