I ordered two items online and mentioned that they were a gift for the same person. They came beautifully wrapped together with a lovely little note wishing me a happy Christmas and thanking me for my custom. They were here within a couple of days also. Super service!

Absolutely my favourite shop of all.i live in Co kerry but go to Cork often enough. Always stop at Quinlan on the way, wonderful place to pick up a gift for someone, and sometimes even myself, so much to choose from, guaranteed quality, beautiful gift wrapping included, and staff have always been just lovely, online service is also excellent! I won't be using bypass I'm afraid, I'm going through macroom for this reason only.

I've have been purchasing from Quinlan's physical premises in Macroom for as long as I can remember & make a point of calling whenever I pass through the town. One of the primary reasons I keep going back is their customer service, they always make it feel like a personal shopping experience with the attention they show you .
I am delighted to say this has also come across to their online presence. Placing last minute orders for presents at Christmas time while in a different country is always a recipe for disaster, but Niamh in their online department guided me & made sure I got the right gifts selected, and more importantly, made sure they were delivered in time.
This is why I will now also be a returning customer to their online store as well as their physical store
