Good Service
The product that I purchased arrived promptly and well wrapped. I was bringing it abroad as a gift for a friend. I did not remove the bubble wrap until handing over the gift so was pleasantly surprised to find it gift wrapped under the bubble wrap. I would shop at Quinlans again.

A gem of a place to shop on their website.
Quinlans have a lovely selection of good quality hand bags that will last a lifetime. The presentation on their website is presented very well in detail.
Straight forward to order an item, they will inform you when item is dispatched.
I wish this lovely homegrown company every success for the future.

I was buying the Do Shaol, Do Thuras for my 30 year old daughter who lives in Brussels. Because it was so important to me, I rang the shop in Macroon and spoke with Brigin who could not have been more helpful. She suggested gift wrapping it and also to put in the Quinlan bag. The gift arrived to me in a couple of days. Beautifully wrapped. Really special and I suspect my daughter will pin the bag on a wall in her apartment as being from Ireland. My birthday is the end of May and I know exactly where I'll be directing my daughters... !! Many thanks Brigin

Flying visit
While I didn't know Quinlans are trading online only I popped in & still managed to make a purchase ..thanks to the very helpful lady working there... so too did the couple who came on whole I was browsing.... .sorry to see the shop closing down... can't best looking at items instead of pictures on a tablet but that's the world we live in now...

The good service item I ordered went out of stock I…
The item I ordered went out of stock I was contacted the next day and offered a refund or a different item that was more expensive for the same price . I thought this was good business and am happy with the service.
