Does exactly what you want. Very secure with great customer service. 24 hr access available. Everything was kept clean and tidy although a section of lighting didn't work which made things darker than usual, maintenance required here. Despite the unit doing everything we needed and more I do think the cost was high. I reccommend.

Torquay branch staff were all very friendly, helpful and made me feel welcome. They also offered advice on packing awkward items and had boxes, tape and bubble wrap on site. Excellent service. The unit itself was a good size, decent value for money, and (importantly) dry. Easy access by lift with trolleys to load with all the rubbish that you need to store. I'd use them again.

Needed a unit quickly to store items while some work is completed. My wife contacted them over the phone and they sent all the information through by email. Next day visited the site and sorted all the paperwork with Trevor. Very quick, and convenient. All cleaned ready for us to store our property. Can supply all your requirements from boxes to tape and padlocks if required. Happy to recommend.

Quickstore in Exeter is an excellent, clean facility with well-managed security and 24-hour access if you need it. We originally thought we needed storage for 1 month, but when that turned into 6 months, Quickstore proved very flexible. On the day we collected our last items, we were given an instant refund for the rest of the month. The staff has been most helpful from first contact to last. I thoroughly recommend this place to anyone needing storage. They also carry a good range of packing materials for moving.

Great service, very helpful and gave me money back for the portion of the month I didn't use.

The admin staff and operating systems are first class. However the lower caravan/boat storage area that we were assigned to was poorly maintained. The pitches were not clearly marked, leading to people siting their caravans in the wrong place; and the general area was muddy and untidy, resulting in mess being carried into our car and caravan during wet weather. Access to the pitch area was sometimes blocked by a car sales/storage operation sited between the entrance and the lower storage area.

House contents were stored for two years. Having never used a storage facility before, I did not know what to expect. Our belongings were clean, no dust in sight and did not smell musty. Quickstore kept me informed of any changes at the storage facility and gave good recommendations for a company to transport the belongings to my new home.
