Possibly a Fraudulent Company
Quickserve.de highly likely seems to be a fraudulent company. Speaking of my situation in particular involving them, on May 10, 2023 I found out that on January 23, 2023 executed on my bank account was an outgoing transfer/payment of 250 Euros for Quickserve.de as the recipient of the said transfer/payment, which I had not placed and authorized. On the said May 10, 2023 I immediately sent a ticket to Quickserve.de, describing them the situation. Moreover, I asked them the following questions, wanting to get to the bottom of how it happened that this unauthorized transfer/payment took place, as well as asked for all other information related to it that they could have:
„1. What exactly was purchased?
2. For how long has it been purchased?
3. Whether or not it is connected with a reoccurring/renewing subscription?.
4. From what IP address was the purchase made?
5. If there was an account created in relation to this purchase, then what credentials were given to create that account?
6. Have there ever been any log in attempts with that account, and if so, then how many such attempts were there and when did they take place?
7. Considering that the said purchase/charge was executed by mistake/without my authorization, do you provide any refund of it?
I would also like to receive all the other information that you have on the purchase.”.
Having received no reply in one week's time, I wrote to Quickserve.de within the same ticket again myself, telling them that I can prove to them that I did not make any such transfer/payment in their favor because all credit card payments require verification with a 3D-Secure code received in a text message, which I did not receive to verify and confirm this transfer/payment.
In spite of this bumping follow-up message, I still haven't received any reply from Quickserve.de to this day.
The fact that I have not received any reply in over 1 month's time proves that Quickserve.de are not interested in clarifying ambiguous matters they receive tickets and are contacted on, disdaining their alleged, client manqué.
Seeing how disdainful their alleged support team is, and how they can charge your account in an unknown manner, for an unknown reason that they do not want to explain, I warn everyone to stay away from Quickserve.de, and to protect yourselves against them any way that you can.
