Good morning, I believe you are leaving a review for a different company. The reason I know this and can verify that this isn’t a review for our company is we do not sell weight loss injections on our site and you are not one of our customers. From doing some research I think you are trying to leave a review for a company called Quickmeds and not us as we are Quickmedsuk. We can understand the confusion as the names are similar but to get your review heard could you please remove this review and leave it on the correct companies Trustpilot review. When companies receive negative reviews it does have an impact, this isn’t fair especially when the review is not for our company and this can be proven. I hope you will be able to see that this is a general mistake and we hope that once you leave a review on the correct company that this will be sorted out for you.

I switched to Quickmedsuk after a bad experience elsewhere, hoping to finally find something that worked. I’ll admit, the packaging looked professional and the price seemed reasonable, which initially gave me hope. However, after giving the product a full try, I've noticed absolutely zero difference. It feels just as ineffective as the cheaper alternatives I was trying to avoid. I'm deeply disappointed and can't recommend them. It's back to the drawing board for me.

We have requested more information from yourself which you haven’t replied to. We do not have you has a customer on our database so you never purchased anything for us and I think you have our company mixed up with a company called Quickmeds. We are Quickmedsuk and we are always getting confused with them. If you did purchase from us you should have supplied proof with your purchase invoice which you haven’t. Please remove this negative comment as you are not a customer of ours and negative comments that aren’t true reflect badly on people’s business especially when you haven’t purchased anything for us.
