Great communication, Transmission (6l80e) works great. Only complaint is that the shipping charge was $650, when it was estimated at $450.

Previously our system calculated the exact freight after the order was placed, which is what caused the gap between the estimate and the final $650. We've since updated and reconfigured that system, so customers now see the exact shipping cost up front — no more surprises. We really appreciate your patience and your feedback; it genuinely helped.
Almost too good to be true
Prior to completing my order, the order system requested all information pertinent to supplying the exact equipment for a turn key repair of my vehicle. The requested info allowed Quantum techs to pre program my transmission so that there was no need to go to a dealership for the service.
Shipping was all prearranged. Fluids to fill the unit was included along with installation instructions.
A simple email sets up the return freight for the core.
A very pleasant experience start to finish.

I don’t do reviews, but seriously I’m super happy with you guys, not one complaint, saved me probably about $4k, though I did the work myself (back yard mechanic)2012 gmc van, the transmission has been perfect, fluid is clean after probably 30k miles hasn’t lowered level at all. Shifts like butter. Thank you guys!

They were very responsive to questions before the purchase. All communication was very clear amd punctual. Shipping was quick. Trans actually shipped the day it was ordered. It was packaged very well. It included everything but the tools. Install was straight forward. Had instructions on how to program the shift module all without needing any computers of any sort. Gm 6L80 trans in a 2017 suburban. Put around 3000 miles on it so far and it drives better then it ever has for me. Would not hesitate to do business with them again

Transmission is operating perfectly.
Overall, a very good experience, the transmission is operating quite nicely, only minor issue, i was shorted about 3 quarts of trans. fluid, but honestly no complaints.
