Absolute joke of a company. We've had an issue ongoing for over 3 weeks now and they've not even had the courtesy to reply to any of our emails. We had also requested a few months back to have the DPI added to our account - they never bothered to get back to us about that either. Do yourself a favour - steer clear of these amateurs and use a company that actually knows its business.
