Five star reviews are special. Quadratec deserves 5 stars as both, their products and service are excellent. Their products are well designed, work well, are shipped quickly and properly packed .. what else can a customer ask for? Will buy from them again!
Scam
Worst company to deal with. Purchased items. Credit card was charged. Received email 2 weeks ago that items were shipped with tracking number. Yesterday noticed tracking was cancelled by vendor. The site has no telephone number. Only chat. Whoever was behind the chat told me to contact Corbeau (did not order from Corbeau). and only now "they" say the cxld order and monies will be refunded.
I ordered cargo mat for a jeep
I ordered cargo mat for a jeep. I noticed after I ordered it that it did not have cutouts for 2nd seat. I immediately cancelled the order and sent an email. I received no response and sent mat anyway. I emailed them and they sent RM number and said can ship using anyone you want of course you pay for shipping and more than mat is worth. I sent another email and never responded. This company sucks and unless you want to be ignored and screwed go ahead.
Absolutely the worst experience
Recently... absolutely the worst experience. Ordered from them in the past with no issues and awesome technical help. BUT NOW... forget it. No one answers calls or returns emails; Products miss filed under wrong Jeep listings; WEB site does not function for returns or cancellations. Misdirects you unrelated page; ZERO customer service; Chat help (when available) is the only means of communicating. You only get help when you manage to get a LIVE human in CHAT, etc, etc. Something seriously wrong with Company that use to be the industry leader. Very unfortunate. Bottom line: Don't be in a hurry for your part. Expect ZERO help. ZERO correspondence. Pray it's the part you ordered.
They shipped me the wrong item
They shipped me the wrong item. Got an RMA and return shipping label. Received only a partial refund (less shipping cost). Phoned customer service who confirmed I should have got a full refund. One week later, no refund, they don't answer the phone nor respond to email. Website has gone dark. Draw your own conclusions.
Purchased floor mats from Quadratec
Purchased floor mats from Quadratec. Only received the rear floor mats. The front mats were missing from the shipment. I've been trying for 10 days to get the front ones. They state a "warranty claim" has to be filed. Not sure what this means, but the communication and service has been terrible. And I can't quite seem to get them to send me the floor mats.

I do not understand why this order has not been sent yet. I made an order, and paid for it in full on 25 July 2023. One item was missing and we got regular updates relating to the missing item and the ongoing search for it. Finally, the item became available, and then we were hit with a succession of requests for payment. As I said, we paid for the order, including full shipping, at the time when the order was made. We have waited and waited for the goods, but nothing has arrived. We have asked about the payment, and there has been no response. We have purchased big ticket items like sidesteps with no issues before, but this has been nothing but a disappointment. I don't know how to fix it except to go to my bank and lodge the payment as the subject of a fraud. Beware.
Partial Refund? Purchased some storage bags for my new…
Purchased some storage bags for my new 2024 JL…a matching set. One of them did not fit even though it was suppose to fit my year and model. After returning them, (unused) Quadratec set me a “partial refund”. Why? All I did was take them out of the box (checked the fit) and put them back in.
It’s going to cost them more that. I’ve purchased stuff from them for two previous jeeps. Now, I will shop elsewhere.
Lift kit for compass
If you’re interested in a lift kit for a jeep other than a wrangler or gladiator get ready to wait weeks and weeks. They say 2 to 4 weeks,more like 6 or more .
Tactic Locking Hood Latch Difficult to Install
This review is here because I cannot post it on the Quadratec website, even though my purchase is shown.
The part I purchased is the set of replacement locking hood latches from TACTIC. The Jeep is a 2017 Wrangler Sahara. The part I bought was listed as the correct part for this vehicle.
Pros: Prompt shipping, well packaged.
Cons: Incomplete/incorrect instructions and missing parts.
The parts picture shows 8mm and 13mm washers, but their use is never mentioned in the instructions step, a slight oversight. My shipment was missing the 2 13mm bolt washers, one for each latch.
But even if the 13mm washers were included, it would be impossible to install them underneath the fenders, at an angle, in a tiny space. This is for the part of the latch which attaches to the Jeep's body.
Note the OEM nuts had the washers attached for that reason! One CANNOT keep the washer from falling on the ground while trying to install the nut; it's impossible. There isn't enough clearance to get more than two fingers underneath the fender to hold the washer in place while trying to thread a bolt, period!
This was not a problem with the 8mm washers, which are used on the part of the latch installed on the hood.
Also, the instructions mention that installing the 13mm nut requires a socket wrench extension, but they do not specify whether it is rigid or flexible. A rigid 1/4 ratched drive extension, commonly found in any toolbox, cannot be used due to the bolt's limited working space and angle. I tried short and longer rigid extensions; a flexible ratchet extension is required. I have to purchase one, just for this job.
For the 13mm bolts, I used the original MOPAR nuts, which have the washer attached.
I have also purchased the locking fuel door kit, which I have not installed yet. I hope that the installation goes smoother.
This experience has soured me on purchasing aftermarket parts. I've saved the OEM latches, just in case.

MAKE SURE they have the part in stock before you order. If you read the fine print and se that it is coming from a 3rd party, order somewhere else who has it in stock. Their 3rd party service is horrible!
I placed an order for front brake…
I placed an order for front brake splash shields 12/14. Received email stating order was in process and shipping. Only one of the 2 shields came from Quadratec. The second from a Mopar dealer, 15 days after email indicated order was shipping. I ordered from Quadratec with the understanding items were stock items. At no time did they ever indicate they did not have or indicate a back order. I could have had the parts from other suppliers in time to get the work completed. Now the return is a BS nightmare and at my expense. This isn't the first time they pulled this crap and why I stopped purchasing from them for several years. My mistake was in putting hope that things have changed. Never again!
Non-existent Customer Service
On 9/8/23 I purchased a pair of taillights sold as new. On 9/13/23 I received taillights that were obviously open box/customer returns/b-stock but were sold to me as brand new. I provided pictures showing the open box along with missing protective film and missing parts. After contacting support several times, nothing was actually done about the issue, and I am now being completely ignored.
On 9/16/2023 I purchased a pair of LED Front Side Markers. The lights shipped on 9/18/2023. On 9/23/2023, I received a notification from FedEx that the shipment had been damaged in transit and I would not be receiving the lights. I contacted Quadratec and informed them what had happened. They opened a warranty order on 9/25/2025, however, I have not received the lights. I have contacted Quadratec repeatedly to check on status, with no response other than I will be notified. I have also asked for my money back multiple times and have been ignored. In Summary, they are refusing to refund the money I paid for a product I did not receive.
6 years and zero complaints
JK RUBICON. since 2016 I have never had a bad experience. Their customer service is top notch. Short hold time. Knowledgeable Product support is very good. Only one return and could not have been easier. They price match so they have rightfully earned the top spot in my jeep needs
This company lie
This company lie! I have used them several times, their website states in stock, they take your money then week later say they are waiting stock. Being Honest is the first rule of business.

I bought ball joints (dv8) from quadratec I am a 20 year ase master tech after installing and grease 3 week later my steering would stick and not return after checking everything over I determined one of the ball joints was sticking. Contacted quadratec and they said they would warranty them this was in March 2023 it is now June 2023 no ball joints but lots of emails saying they are on back order and will be shipped when available. I contacted quadratec to see when I would receive them and was asked for pics of damage but am not able to do so with the nature of the issue. Long story they tell me it's not the ball joints causing the issue and must be something else and they are not going to warranty them so after 3 months of emails saying they will be shipped when available now I have to buy new ones. Moral is but from someone that will honor the warranty read reviews even one customer saying they don't honor warranty is too many.
Little to no customer service communication
I promise that I am usually a very easy customer to please and have never written a bad review like this, but I am writing in hopes that it will help Quadratec examine it's customer service experience for future customers.
My order was placed on December 11th, 2022. After placing the order, we found out that some items were back ordered for 6 weeks which was no problem. After more than 6 weeks had passed, I reached out to the customer service team to inquire about the status on February 3rd.
After a series of unreplied emails, and a few additional emails back and forth, I received a reply 10 days later on February 13th that the item(s) would not be back in stock until the end of April.
This was no problem as I was actually able to find the items available elsewhere (which arrived in a week) and I completely understand manufacturer delays. On February 13th, I replied to the email with a request to cancel the items from the order, as the lead time had been longer than originally stated and I was able to source the items elsewhere.
After waiting patiently for a reply, I followed up a few times over the course of the next few weeks without a reply. Finally, on March 1st (16 days later), Quadratec replied that the order would be cancelled and refunded.
It is now June 14th and I just received a shipping confirmation for the order that was to be canceled and refunded on March 1st.
This is a beyond frustrating experience, as I feel as though I have shown an abundance of patience with the lead time situation that I understand was not in Quadratec's control. However, what is in Quadratec's control is the communication surrounding the order.
Through ignored emails and unreplied follow ups, I was finally able to get a response from their team regarding the order, which was then never followed through on or communicated. For this reason, I will very much hesitate to use Quadratec in the future.

Be careful
Be careful, this company does not tell you the truth until you have ordered and paid. At that point items shown in stock become ‘on back order, then they are never able to give updates of any use.
Do not trust what their web site tells you they want you committed and to have paid over you money in the belief you will just wait and wait.
Try some where else.
