QR Squared - owned by Polytag - what a great company.
I started my new business "Orgaia" (Rainforest LTD) to produce organic teas with a range of "Green-benefits". When I discovered QR Squared via GS1, having watched a video host by their company owner, Alice, I knew it was perfect timing to get onboard with QR Squared and adopt their next-gen barcoding early.
The team have been so helpful, from signing up to ongoing help or advice. I received a 1-2-1 meeting to help me understand and use their platform, and since then, the team have been on hand to provide further assistance (thanks Jessica in particular).
The main thing, the convenience of having a single QR Code on my tea box, which I can reprogramme if needed, sending my customers to a landing page built on QR Squared, or the ability to redirect at anytime to my website (or a specific page on my website). And - analytics to show me where in the world my products are being scanned. Really, how many companies offer an adaptive service with analytics and barcode integration all under one roof!?
There's a load of features available, making QR Squared (in my opinion) the best platform out there today, and with their parent company's view for a more sustainable future, I feel somewhat privileged to be an early adopter. I certainly wish the best for the Polytag family.
You'll find their QR codes printed on Orgaia Tea boxes and other products I plan to bring in the future (just mentioning for authenticity).
