I purchased some peptide supplements in December and waited months to receive them. Every time I contacted customer service they told me that the shipment was being held at customs and I would get my product in 2-3 weeks after shipping resumed. This went on for months. Eventually I canceled my order and asked for a full refund. Still waiting to see if I get my refund. Stay far away from this company, not reliable AT ALL.

Dumpster fire of a company. Nearly 3 weeks of non shipment. Received some yarn about how they have had issues with supply due to customs or some B.S... when I purchased the item the Website said "in stock and ready to ship"! I told them they should probably fix that, so more people don't sit around feeling ripped off. Got the response of " we appreciate your patience and we are working on fixing that on our site". 1st of all, don't assume my patience as quickly as you accepted my money, 2nd the site still has this product as in stock and ready to ship as of today. They don't.

Anyone as excited/curious about BioRegulators as I am would be better served elsewhere as you will not get a thing from these guys except a lighter wallet and disappointment.

neg views are tempered down on another site since qisupplment subscribes to their service. why is the core 2.9 but there are only three 1-star reviews, including ours? If we could give 0 star, we would. this was our first and the last order from qisuppluments. all the negs that we've outlined below have been shared by others on diff platforms.
1. items not in stock are being shown in stock and ready to ship. if an item has been out of stock for weeks or months and it's still being displayed ready to ship then this is a dishonest practice designed to bait consumers.
(see 6&7 for refund difficulties)

2. they don't know if items ordered are in stock until you call them directly to tell them to get in touch with their distributor (for items ordered). if you call before ordering, they will give you a pat answer saynig that it's in stock without actual verification. otherwise, they just give you a generic answer: items are shipped in 3-5 days (hannah's words), not including weekend. if you simply wait and assume the items are in stock, as the website is shown, you are in for a rude surprise.

3. russian sanction is being used as an excuse for non-russian items that are NOT in stock, which doesn't make sense.

4. 72hr lead time for dispatching in-stock items stated by the owner vlad is patently false and contradicts his one-woman customer service person, hannah/amina/(and other aliases she uses) wrote in email, which is effectively 1 week, 3-5 days plus weekend. And that is on top of transit time. that would mean you are looking at 10 days minimum average wait time from time of ordering till you get the goods.

5. when pressed for an ETA as to when new stocks will come in, hannah changed her answers multiple times from next week to 1 week to 2 weeks to the end of the month to "we can cancel and give you a refund", which has yet to happen.

6. no cancelled order, no refund. if the order is not cancelled, you don't get the refund. and ONLY they can cancel your order at their end. while the refund was promised by hannah after repeated inquiries, the owner vlad had no clue what has been happening by saying: i will go check if this item is in stock, even though he already admitted the item in question has been out of stock over the past 3 weeks since BEFORE the ordering. and he never got back to us after that. conveniently, he ignored our request for refund confirmation in the same reply AFTER hannah already said a refund would be initiated earlier.

7. for them to initiate a refund, they tell you to wait 2 days minimum, again not including weekend, from the time of your request according to hannah even though the company/hannah/vlad all work through the weekend. and that is in addition to the 5-7 days till it shows up on your statement according to them. most consumers today are aware that when a charge is reversed the credit shows up as pending right away, which you can verify either online or talking to your cc company rep, and since no credit has appeared as pending afer twice inquired with hannah and once with vlad, that means no refund has been done on their part. we failed to get the refund after days.

8. nearng 2 weeks on, no refund, no delivery, no self-initiated contact has been made by the owner vlad or his csr hannah/amina/aliases.

9. they flip-flopped on their answers regarding stocking/availability status, shipping/delivery time frame, and actual refund. This is not a company you can trust.

well I wrote a bad review three years ago and just now got a reply to it, which is odd...but I have since had good experiences with them, so I am going to go ahead and delete the first review (still not sure if I ever did get credited, it was so long ago.)

Wanted to love this company. They got my autoship wrong. I finally just canceled it. Also there products use to be great quality and worked. Just got my blood work back and they seem to be selling low quality supplements and charging a boat load. In other words they sell snake oil. I would love a refund.
