Q Financial Services and Simon Farenden, who was my support made the whole experience of applying for a mortgage and remortgage a pleasant one. I can't thank Simon enough for is attention to detail, care, and drive to ensure we had the best deal possible and more importantly the right deal for us. As someone who works for a FTSE 100 company within customer experience i know what "good" looks like. Simons attitude and communication made me feel at ease and made me feel valued as a client. We used Q in the summer of this year, initially as a mortgage broker, but Ben and the team were so helpful, flexible and professional that we decided to use them for both our life and home insurance too. Throughout the whole process, Ben kept us up to date with the progress of our mortgage and life insurance applications, making the whole process really simple. It was such an effortless process.. I was switching product with the same lender but had not used Q before.. it was just so easy I’ll certainly use them again.

We were recommended to use this company by a friend as we had no clue about pensions . Alex was and still is our advisor, he was very patient and explained everything to us and , even when we didn’t understand what he had said , he went over it in detail until we understood it. Alex, was on call even out of hours and he didn’t mind one bit. Even weekends he would reply to our queries . The pension process is so complex so we highly recommend this company for this purpose. We wish to thank Alex and his team for everything they have done as we could not have done it without their knowledge and support .

As first time buyers we had no clue what we had to do and where to start? Luckily my cousin had recently brought a house using Q Financial Services and highly recommended Ben.
