Poor customer service
I rented an apartment through this agency after being relocated to Denmark. As my contract was approaching its end, I requested a renewal or assistance in finding an alternative solution, even a smaller one. Customer care informed me that rents have increased by approximately 20%, regardless of the apartment's size or location. Despite several emails and phone calls over a period of two months, the customer service team showed zero interest in helping me find a solution and even suggested I use other channels! I work for a multinational corporation and have never encountered such poor customer service.
No basic hygiene facilities
Awful stay here. No working toilet or shower for entire stay! And no urgency to fix the issues! Very poor customer service. Understand there can be problems, however - a reputable company should 1.Check everything is working prior to guest arrival. 2.If something becomes faulty during the stay, there should be an urgent service to rectify the issue (especially if impacting basic hygiene factors!) 3.If they can't fix it in a timely manner then have alternative options available. THIS COMPANY HAD NO SUCH CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I didn't really sleep for my entire stay (for fear of needing the toilet), had to leave the apartment to find somewhere to use facilities, stayed away from the apartment as much as possible, tried to wash in the sink (was staying for work and could not find anywhere else to stay/was not offered full compensation or alternative by Q). Book at your own risk, if something like this happens - you are on your own.
My experience was very disappointing - STEP BY STEP REGARDING OVERCHARGING
My experience was very disappointing. I paid rent that I believe exceeded the legal level and later faced large cleaning deductions despite documented defects (including smoke smell) from day one.
If this happens to you, here’s the official route I used in Denmark (no links allowed here, so just search the terms in quotes):
Step-by-step (what I did)
Search “Huslejenævn + [your municipality]” to find the local rent tribunal page.
Start the self-service form (MitID login). Case type: “Lejens størrelse.” If you also have deposit issues, describe them in the same case; some municipalities let you open “Fraflytning og tilbagebetaling af depositum” as a separate case.
Write clearly in the free-text fields:
– Address, size, and dates you rented.
– What you paid in rent (per month) and why you believe it’s too high.
– Any serious defects that reduced value (e.g., smoke smell, missing fire-escape access).
Attach evidence:
– Signed lease/contract.
– Monthly invoices + bank receipts showing what you paid.
– Deposit/cleaning invoices + any credit notes.
– Move-in defect email + photos/video.
– Any emails from technicians/landlord acknowledging issues.
Submit. You’ll receive a case-fee request by Digital Post—pay it or the case won’t proceed.
The landlord can respond; the board may inspect; you’ll get a written decision.
If you disagree, you can appeal to the housing court (Boligretten) within the deadline.
This is the standard, official way to have rent levels and deposit deductions reviewed in Denmark. It’s what I used.

Maintenance issues are ignored, and any attempt to get help is met with arrogance or outright hostility. This company is a total scam; avoid at all costs. There are far better options out there — don’t waste your time or money here.

Deposit rip-off
Had to put a £500 refundable deposit on an apartment. After the stay spoke to a man twice, who assured me the £500 would be refunded asap. Three weeks later nothing. Spoke to a lady via a London telephone number ( probably in India or China ) who looked into it and said there was no reference of this transaction. The attempt to recover my deposit goes on into its fourth week! Sorry there wasn’t a zero award for this so reluctantly gave it one star.

Our second apartment with Q apartments and we are really happy with the viewings process (we viewed 6 apartments!), and how easy the move in process was.
STAY AWAY from Q Apartments Denmark
Q Apartments Denmark - Zero stars. It was the only option for me since I didn't have a CPR number, and it was recommended by a mobility agency so I thought there is no room for bullsh!t. I should've paid more and stayed in a hotel instead. They overcharge everything, from rent to utilities and services. So many hidden charges too PLUS they will use your last drop of patience until they give you back your deposit money. It's been over a month since I moved out and just today I received the money. Also, in the contract they say that you should clean the apartment including walls, windows, doors..etc, but they don't tell you that they charge about 4000-5000kr from the deposit for "cleaning". I should've left it as it is and when I asked them why did they ask me to clean it if they will clean it again they didn't answer me.
Anyway, stay away from them.

Right where do we start , terrible communication ,stayed at soho apartment for 2 days with no hot water , and no help no ideas how to sort , sorry team Q I am a professional traveller working around the UK
Never will I ever stay at a q apartment ever again , get the basic right , shame the room is OK and clean but a basic need is to shower but not in cold water , poor service 😢

Som kending i ejendomsbranchen vil jeg heller ikke anbefale dette firma som mægler på sager jeg eller personer i mit netværk repræsenterer.
Derudover vil jeg anbefale at Simone fra kundeservice ikke praler med at have flere kunder til boligen, hvorfor de ikke fremviser "hele tiden". Hun oplyste samtidig at boligen netop er kommet på nettet.

A Memorable Stay at Q Apartments, Buckingham Gate!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Q Apartments, Buckingham Gate, and it was a great experience.
With the recent sunnier weather, my walks through St. James's Park and into Westminster felt extra special. The convenience of being situated in such a prime area allowed me to explore nearby attractions, including Buckingham Palace and Big Ben. The surroundings added a touch of magic to my visit.
Spaciousness is often a rarity in city accommodations, but Q Apartments exceeded expectations. The clean and well-maintained apartments were great!

I booked a room by Q Apartments three weeks ago. I had to do a silly ID verification which was fine. Soon afterwards I was told I had to pay a £500.00 deposit for the room. This was not mentioned at all when I booked the room via Booking.com. Also, this practice must be illegal especially after paying for the hotel room. It’s just so ridiculous that this must be a joke.
I have written to Q apartments and Booking.com asking for an explanation.
Please avoid at all costs.

The Q apartment was nice, clean, ready and spacey enough for us and we had a blast this time in London, thanks to nice staff and a great location in West Street, where most of Central London are within walking distance.
We would definitely go back and if possible stay at the same apartment for another time.

I emailed to ask for a date amendment, they agreed and said to contact booking.com to do so, which I did, and because booking.com didn't respond within 24 hours, they cancelled my booking and took £1000 ! Even though that was completely out of my hands. They have refused to offer me a refund or a date change even though we didn't get to stay.

Would like to Thank Raphael & his team for making me & my family so welcome its like home away from home, The apartments are so beautiful I wish I could live in them! The apartments are super clean and the staff is so easy to get ahold of. The apartment come fully loaded with everything and they are located local to shops so if you need snacks etc the shops are just a walk away. Customer service is 10/10. If you’re thinking of booking, DO IT!
Terrible experience
Cancelled my booking with 3 days notice after I'd booked way in advance and paid upfront (including a £500 damage deposit) Offered no solutions/alternatives/compensation and said they were fully booked and nothing they could do.

Disappointing experience at Clover Court last week
I stayed at Clover Court last week. Flat was spacious, but not very clean with the master bedroom smelling odd to the extent I couldn't sleep in there. The welcome pack shown online was nothing like what was on-site when I arrived. The internet wasn't even connected and noone responded to my WhatsApp message, which was instructed to be the preferred communication method. My main gripe is they took a sizeable deposit that Q Apartments was quick to insist on to provide the final check-in details, but have still not returned the deposit, despite no damage to the property, as my photos and video footage I took on check-in/out will show. Very disappointed. I will not be using this company again.
