we went to view the house, asked for a application form. never got given one or emailed one. emailed later that night asking to go through with tenancy, called in the morning said they’d send it over and then it’s now gone.

I have just completed a renovation of my property prior to a new letting. Pymm & Co Ltd staff are excellent at finding and recommending contractors to complete the necessary works. As an overseas landlord I really appreciate how helpful all their staff are from director, property managers, surveyors and accounting. They all act promptly and correspond efficiently. The team has a more personal approach compared to other agencies and is quick to let you know if there is a property that might align with your profile. 5* easily given!
