Complete rubbish. My Cats did not like the chew sticks at all. Adding insult to injury I did not sign up for a subscription and PURRIQ have taken two payments from my account, sending me absolutely useless cat toys. I have attempted to contact them four times and they have not even responded. I have had to contact my bank to cancel the subscription.
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

BUYER BEWARE!! Fell for their ad but felt comforted about their refund policy as my cat is very fussy, so I bought it. Unfortunately their refund policy is a complete scam, they only offered 25% (after increasing it from 10%) but they said they would give me a full refund if I returned the item. When I asked for the return address however they were unable to give it to me and after multiple times of trying they ending up not responding to my emails. My cat doesn't go anywhere near this product except for a quick disdainful sniff so it was a complete waste of money and a terrible after sales experience

My cats were not interested in the sticks at all.
So I sent an e-mail to Purriq and claimed my money back within their 60 day money back gurantee. Nothing happened so I sent a reminder and nothing happend and I sent another reminder but they just don't reply at all.
All they do is sending me more e-mails about their "fantastic" products they want to sell.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.

I opened one package of five sticks and tried one stick with my cat. She did not chew on it and after a couple days showed no interest.
So I contacted the company within their 60 day limit and they said “they do not issue refunds on opened packages.” I said,” how are you going to try the product without opening the package?”
I asked for a 50% refund because I still had one of the two unopened packages that I ordered. Instead, they offered me a 10% refund; and the largest they would give me was 25%.
What a rip off! Their refund policy is not specific as to how much money they will actually refund. Beware!
Bogus and overpriced!

First I take back my 1 star! Only gave it to warn others about the ongoing charge monthly,as I did catch it in the ad while ordering and immediately cancelled order,well I received 1 order which my cats hate,can't return because its now open,ok fine only $29.99,but my concern is trying to contact them to be sure I will not recieve this junk monthly now that they have my billing!

The 4 cats eat it only on top of dry food but I do believe it is helping with breath and hopefully teeth. My issue is how SMALL the jars are and the PRICE, plus transit time is very long. I have 4 large cats (Maine coon plus) and I would like a larger bottle, or subscribe and save option so I don't run out and have to wait 3 weeks like last time.

garbage company makes junk for your cats in china, does not say so, then when you wish for a return due to the fact good luck waiting 70 days to hear from them about their 60 day return policy wherein you pay the shipping overseas to sweden or they'll give you 5% refund and "you keep the product" no you keep them.

UPDATE: I will not get into the extensive chain of emails that I had with purriq in the past. this is in response to purriq's reply to this review, I reached out to them as they asked me to. Never heard back, I emailed 8 days ago. buyer beware

Too soon to tell about the effectiveness of the product relative to reducing/eliminating gum inflamation/infection process, but my cat eats it readily mixed with his wet food. Need another 4 to 6 weeks to know if it is doing what it is meant to do. `

My cats are not interested. I paid $58. I wish I had looked at the reviews first.
The ads are so convincing.

I bought their 4 tubs of their dental powders, opened 1, cats didn't like it, and they refused to honor their money back guarantee. I didn't open 3 of the containers and the most they'd offer me is to give me 25% of my $55.99 back and "let" me keep the unwanted product. I wanted to return it and get my money back, but no dice! I had to go to the credit card company and prove fraudulent sales practices.

I ordered based on an instagram advertisement around end of June.
The tracking number given was fake, it kept telling me that the pancake was en route to Sweden (I am in the US). I emailed them and they said that’s just the normal route they use, not to worry. Several days went by and no package arrived. I checked again and the tracking was saying that the package was sent back to the factory in China.
I wrote several times asking for a refund, nothing.
Meanwhile, they kept sending me promotional emails, which I’d answer asking for an update on my package.
Finally someone answered saying I could file a claim because my package was insured. I filed the claim using the link given to me, and now the claim company is asking for proof that I bought package insurance with them!!! Of course I have no such thing.
I am calling my credit card company to file a dispute. Do not buy from them. This company is not reliable.

Both my cats have eaten their food well with the dental powder in it, and what I mostly enjoy is that their breath has improved, and they still enjoy playing with the silvervine sticks too. The only negative is that the silvervine sticks are too thin, and I wish they were thicker for the price.

Bought this with the knowledge that it had a 60 day refund policy, "simply get in touch and we will help you to return them ".
Gave cat one to play with, that immediately cancelled the refund policy, it does not apply if you open the packet!!
Cat had, and in 10 days since, had no interest in any way.

The hype around these "Silvervine" sticks on their advertising it off the charts. My cat? Couldn't care less. Forty dollars down the drain on what are essentially a few tree twigs wrapped in twine.

It is a scam.
False and misleading advertising. They make the 60-day money back guarantee one of their strongest hooks on their ads on IG and in their website.
Too bad that they won’t give you the money back if you have opened the package. But there is no way to know if your cats like the product if you don’t open the package.
The cats could not care less about theze stupid sticks.

Terrible. They tell you there's a 60 day, money back guarantee, but then it only applies If you never open the package, the problem is you never know about cats. They may not even like it. I left one out for 3 weeks. And the cats could care less. I even tried to use it as a toy again. They could care less. So I tried to get a refund and they tell me since I opened the package, I couldn't. So the 60 day refund is bogus I would never buy from this company. It's a risk not worth it. We all know how cats are finicky. Obviously this company doesn't care. They're just trying to make money. I would avoid them at all cost.

I’ve given this company 1 star rating because I did receive the product as ordered however when I realized my cat had zero interest in these sticks I emailed as directed to request the refund based on their 60 day money back guarantee. First they wanted a photo of the package of unopened sticks as any opened packages they refuse to accept (although there’s no mention of this upon purchase). I had ordered 2 packages but obviously had to open one for my cat to try. They did email back to tell me I could keep the sticks for a partial refund. I don’t want the sticks and requested again the full refund as per their guarantee and I’d return the sticks. They charged me $57.99 CAD for 10 sticks that were packaged into 2 packs. They’re now not communicating with me although I have emailed again to pursue the refund. This issue is dragging on… frustrating and unfair to the purchaser. ☹️

Polished website with convincing content to fool you and tug at your heart strings. I have a very inquisitive cat, but he showed no interest in these sticks even when the supplied cat nip was sprayed on. If I could leave zero stars, I would - such a ripoff.
