Bought a few products from this company and they were both cheaply made,and broke the first night!! I ordered the heating heart and didn't even get to use it,I wanted my money back the book said $18.00 but I ended up paying $30.00,but all they do is " replace it" with another defective product!!!! Now I'm out of money and a product I could have bought cheaper somewhere else that would actually work.The personal product was cheaply made and cost $40!!!! And took 4 batteries for it to only work twice!! Pure romance products are not worth my time or money. They can take their cheap products and shove them you know where!!

Daughter ordered a product from her own party she hosted the product is advertised as waterproof (for use in a bath) After one use the product now does not work and she is being given the run around by her hostess who now claims that the product is out of warranty!!! The product did not work and as soon as it was immersed stopped functioning! The company representative has not been forthcoming with a refund, is using delaying tactics in the hope that my daughter who is now overseas studying will forget about it! well she has me on it now and I will not let it rest!!!! PLEASE PLEASE do you own due diligence and make sure your hostess does the right thing... PURE ROMANCE needs to have a complaints department because it looks as though there are plenty of unhappy customers!

If you like high quality products, this is the company for you. For over 25 years this company has prided its self on being the best in the industry. Their products are thoroughly tested, researched, and only use the finest ingredients. What I love is there is really a price point for everyone no matter what your budget is. The consultants are well-trained and you can easily find one who carries stock. (Just ask!)
They have really cute lingerie and it is always changing so you can always find a new piece when you want one.
My favorite products right now are Body Boost for cellulite, miracle oil for cuts/burns, and Euforia Shea Butter for super soft skin.
Their customer service is also outstanding.
If you want a hilarious ladies night out party, this is your company.
