Despite as advertised the products are in fact (as others have noted) shipped from china so there is some uncertainty there around the U.K based claim.

From shipment to delivery it took 20 days despite them claiming it would take 5-10. I made 3 attempts to contact them via email and their contact form on the website but no such luck with a response. I would imagine if your products don’t arrive or you need to process a refund that this could be challenging.

I was relieved when the products did arrive, they are as described and appear to be made well and I’m looking forward to using them. They will be a nice addition to my kitchen.

Would I purchase from them again? Probably not, purely based on the delays and lack of response to my request for updates on the whereabouts of my parcel.

These weren’t cheap items and when paying for a premium product I would expect there to be a premium team responding to queries as well.

Really impressed with the quality of these! The delivery was quick, and the utensils themselves feel so sturdy and better than my old plastic ones.

I’ve been trying to make a few more intentional swaps in my kitchen lately, these and stainless steel pans being just some of them! And I love knowing I’m using more natural, plastic free option!

Not a UK company like they claim. The shipment is coming from China.

These teak utensils look good, but not really sure if they are UK based as can’t find a registered company address or any reviews on Trustpilot. They are currently all over Facebook but looks suspiciously from China ….
