I ordered a whitening kit. Advertisement for the toothpaste stated no hydrogen peroxide to which I am sensitive. It also did not give an ingredient list and it has Poly Propylene Glycol to which I am highly allergic. I tried to return, they refused the return.....it is unopened. Very unethical as full disclosure did not show in the sale information

This was a great experience and best product that I would recommend on other people. I would still order more in the future have my partner use this brand as well. Love the Teeth Brightening Powder!

BE CAREFUL - Ordered May 14 (3 wks ago), but still had NOT received, even after I contacted them through their Website 2X, now,...and...just sent a separate email. I'm afraid this might be a really slick-looking, but a FRAUDULENT Website !

I love this product so much. The item arrived on time and packaged well. I'll definitely be buying again.

Order one item, they send you two, and charge you $78.00 then you contact them by email, they tell you sorry, no refunds due to a flash sale. BS.

They charged a lot for delivery though some flaky service that delivered 2 miles from my home. That was fine, when after a week the powder did NOTHING I tried emailing the contact email to request refund. email bounced, website was flagged by Avast. PayPal IMMEDIATELY refunded my money. I really should have looked carefully at the fake Consumer Reports claims....duh.

The product amount and packaging comes with no instructions. I had a violent heart burn reaction after first use. (Never have heartburn)
In exploring return policy:
-12 days from order to return from “order” date.
-“Money back guarantee” requires numerous emails, photos, shipping,etc.
-success rate looks low judging from other customers.
-BEST SOLUTION-DON’T BUY IN THE FIRST PLACE: RIPOOFF!!

I ordered purely white on May 23 2026 was to receive on 5/27/26 on checking with tracking number it stated the delivery company UniUni stated something was wrong with my address no apartment number/ there’s no apartment number no delivery company ever had any issues. They stated it went back to the warehouse. So did the chat back and forth they are looking into it. Email the company need my refund back they kept saying Unfortunately can’t refund due this is a flash sale- advised no you said not satisfied you will get your refund within 30days and I pasted the logo with the message and advise is this ethical are you scammers working together with the delivery company. So today received a message through there chat trying to resend package. Emailed purely white deluxe again and my email came back saying failure no company email address by that name, did it again and it came back saying same thing . So beware. This is a scam. Never received any product or my money back.

Well. I never ordered it. I am 70 and have dentures and 100 percent disabled. Technology has done a great job hacking my phone many times. I think i finally figured out how to delete all pay info. I have disputed w cr card. I have not even opened package and when i checked return policy... Well.. i was not born in computer age. You have to jump thru hoops to return and as it is unopened, post office told me to write refused and they wiuld take. They sent me a note that i bought it on a flash sale so not returnable. 29.99 is not a sale. That is there normal price. Gets worse if you had decided to actually tried to use product. They want a picture if your teeth before and after . No one would think to take a before photo... But you have to return in 12 days and no tooth whitener wirks in 12 days. An hour kater, i look at my ohone and it says another one is arriving today. I filed report w BBB and i hope they shut them down. This is now extortion of elderly. So this morning i went into their actual page and what do i see? Anither one is sitting in cart. I removed it but this is 100 percent scam!

This company is a total ripoff! They advertise a-total satisfaction, no questions asked full refund policy but they will not honor it. Once you try to make a return they tell you the product must be returned within 12 days and unused in the original packaging. To make matters worse, they told me they have a no returns accepted policy because I bought the product during a sale. Totally unbelievable. Finally there is an ad stating they were the number one pick by Consumer Reports which is completely false. The products is terrible, by the way.

Very much a con, you have to physically show them proof you used the product, how much product you used to date; before and after pictures, along with pictures of the product used. They guarantee after a full jar used, which is a one month supply, your teeth will be two shades lighter. However, BEWARE YOU ONLY HAVE 12 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOUR ORDER IS MADE TO REQUEST A REFUND. Therefore, it is impossible to get a refund!

Please don't waste your money. I bought it because it had a 30-day review and I wrote to get the address to return it within 2 weeks and they refuse to refund it because they said it was non-refundable. I used a whole bottle of it and it does not do anything

Purely White seems to have gone through a restructuring. I’m surprised by the existing reviews. I had a wonderful experience and loved the tablet toothpaste!
